You’ll often find him in record shops, hunting down the rarest and most extraordinary finds. His collection? Mainly he's known for his electronic house beats. But he owns a killer blend of diverse genres containing hip hop grooves, bluesy riffs, rock anthems, country classics, reggae rhythms, disco jams, jazzy flows, and soul-soaked gems. One thing for sure, he's got something for everyone! 

When I asked Esch for the show he immediately came up with an idea to do something different than usual! Exactly where the show is made for 🫶

vrøge is nestled in the vibrant city of Utrecht, spreading music that will make your hips shake while having a massive smile on your face. Ever since he was a little boy music has played a prominent role in his life. Starting off playing the keys in a band, but over the last couple of years he realized that collecting records and playing them to others is much more fun to do. During those same years, he found himself enjoying all types of music. However, what really sets his soul on fire is a record with a killer horn section. He believes the best horn sections can be found in records originating from Africa, Brazil, or the Caribbean. By combining those sounds with deeper house, electronic synths and soulful disco you are always in for a treat.
