internet husks! here is the first song which is ready to share/promote/eliminate all clamour for the upcoming *christian fitness* album (number 5), which is as yet has no title but sure is happy with itself. smug, you might say. 

the new record is different but the same. you’ll be fine, trust me, it’s not all bloody orchestras armed with actual hammers. 

it really is an amazing feeling to finish a song, like, say, this one here, then stick it straight online before the sulphur has a had a chance to wear off, you know? no? oh, okay. anyway, you all have a marvellous time.
