Dead Comics is a musical project that began with the album ‘Event Horizon’ in 2014. All songs were written, produced and performed by Frank, featuring James on Vocals, and mixed by Dan and Frank at Rodel Sound studio (then located behind Twangg guitars in Penge).

In 2017 Frank wrote and produced 'H.E.R', using a vocal sample from the song 'H.I.M' by Holly Holden, mixed by Audio Animals.
​
After a long break to play guitar and produce for other bands, Frank began working on ‘Creatures of the Deep’, which features 5 new songs. All songs were written, produced, performed and mixed by Frank, featuring James on vocals. Also making an appearance are Matt on guitar, and Ali on backing vocals and flute.
​
Friends and musicians were gathered to turn Dead Comics in to a live project. First to join were Lucas and Matt on drums and guitar, shortly followed by Ali and Clem on keys.

While driving home on a regular journey back from my grandparents (Joe) and discussing band names for our band we passed through a little village called Kittwhistle (with two T's). We thought it sounded appropriate as we enjoy a good whistle from time to time and although we don't have a drum kit we decided on the band name Kitwhistle (with one 'T' ,just to be edgy). Turns out since then some band from Holland probably passed through the same village and did the same thing. Nothing is original, art is dead.
We are made up of Emme Hastings (Vocals, Guitar), Pasha Finn (Vocals, Guitar, Trumpet, Other Weird Instruments), Joe Louvaine (Vocals, Guitar)
Sometimes joined by Stevie Jo Dooley (Bass, Vocals), Sam Garrard (Banjo)
