For the past 20 years Mykill has established himself as one of Malta’s top djs, with residencies at the biggest venues like: Café del Mar, Gianpula, Isle of MTV festival and all major national and international events by Pacha, G7, Malta Tourism Authority, ADE, Sunglasses at Night and Whysoserious.

On an International level his adventures behind the decks have taken him to play world wide events exporting his unique dj sets with Internationally renowned clubbing franchises such as Pacha, Buddha bar, MTV, Amsterdam Dance Event and Ministry of Sound in: Ibiza, Dubai, Caribbean Island of St Martin, Qatar, Austria, Amsterdam, Prague, Czech Republic, London, Italy, Latvia, Slovakia and Cyprus to name a few.

Mykill started his musical stint as a guitarist and front man in a punk band in the 90s, eventually swapping his electric guitar for a pair of turntables and a mixer. Working hard and putting in the years to finally establishing his name as an original Dj, show man and crowd pleaser.  

 

Mykill is a party Dj, when he takes over the Dj stand the dance floor ignites immediately, as he delivers track after track, never taking safe bets, but simply interacting with his crowd no matter what capacity the club holds, like a friend would put tunes you love at your private house party. Having a musical background Mykill loves teaming up with musicians in his set, with carefully rehearsed impromptu solos on top of his mixes accompanied by live musicians. One of his most popular side projects is Mykill & Brass as he performs with live trumpet, saxophone and percussions.

With almost 20 years full time experience as a dj he can adapt to the crowd in front of him and is very at home playing: House, Big room, chill out, Lounge, Rnb and Retro music.

Mohamed Hammad—known professionally as DEAF LION—is an Egyptian electronic music producer, DJ, remixer, songwriter, and singer. Hailing from the rich cultural landscape of Egypt, he seamlessly integrates the vibrant essence of his heritage into his music. DEAF LION's productions reflect the dynamic sounds of electronic dance music, showcasing his innovative spirit and willingness to experiment with diverse artistic expressions. From his very early childhood, he had a curiosity about learning how to play musical instruments. He started learning about musical terms and instruments. At the age of 9, he was able to play the drums very skillfully. After a few years, he discovered the music-making software " DAW " and started learning music production basics. It was until 2015 he started sending his music to dance music labels and this changed his overall perception about the modern music business and he was more than interested to make new music. With almost 5 years in contact with dance music, Hammad has signed a lot of records with top labels like ” Deep Strips ” Rivaside Records ”.


Deaf Lion house sounds are very characteristic, peculiar. His bass line conversation with a kick is always an analog collaboration. He signed with some of the most famous Major Record Labels Like Juicy Music Records under Armada Music, Black Lizard Records, Transa Records, Exx Muzik Records, Groover Records, GFH 66 Records,  Reluxe Records and many more.
