Fresh Air with Terry Gross, the Peabody Award-winning weekday magazine of contemporary arts and issues, is one of public radio's most popular programs. Each week, nearly 4.5 million people listen to the show's intimate conversations broadcast on more than 500 National Public Radio (NPR) stations across the country, as well as in Europe on the World Radio Network.

Though Fresh Air has been categorized as a "talk show," it hardly fits the mold. Its 1994 Peabody Award citation credits Fresh Air with "probing questions, revelatory interviews and unusual insights." And a variety of top publications count Gross among the country's leading interviewers. The show gives interviews as much time as needed, and complements them with comments from well-known critics and commentators.

A Cali Boy who grew up in Los Angeles has been producing/song writing since the young fresh age of 13 experimenting with music production ever since. He really started to take things serious at the age of 16 when he was introduced to BigSilenca in high school where they decided this is where he wanted to be. D2R explained " I always came up with new Innovating ideas for Beats that would stand out and impress everyone at a very young age which developed my sound today. I knew I had to learn all styles of music from Dirty south, Mid-west, West coast, East coast and club music if I wanted to be a successful producer so I began doing as much research as I can on these genres to expand my horizons even more." With a high interest in Music, and Business is where His brother Jesse Martinez would create World Rhythm Vinyls to pursue their music career and develop a unique sound in the hip hop industry through this label. As a Producer making Instrumentals and hanging out with local artist he began to realize his level of skill and talent for music. D2R always had projects that he would work on that would come to a pause or end in not releasing it. He reflects, "There was a lot of trial and error and a lot going on in my personal life that would cause setbacks whatever it was, it was there to slow me down from my Dream to become one of the most respected aspiring hip hop producers and Artists in the game. I spent Years working on music and developing a sound to my liking and not releasing it." Nothing but time and effort and dedication was giving every time he was in the studio and even though not making a name out for him by doing shows and releasing albums worldwide he stood in the studio Practicing Day and Night on his Craft to develop an innovating sound for the West coast. D2R explains his styles like this " I grew up on west coast Music I am From Los Angeles, that is where my influence comes from whether I am working on an east coast or down south beat if you listen closely there is always a west coast influence on all my beats it's where my heart is and comes natural to me. 
D2R is a very crafty individual when it comes to song writing with a smooth west coast delivery and a mind of a prodigy. He likes to keep his styles true to himself and his Heart whether it is his own weakness from temptation, fortune or fame D2R will write down his pain, anger or life experiences on a song. Being true to his artistic expression, D2R explains, " I like to keep things simple so the listener could understand the message, sure there was a time when I wrote lyrical complex songs but as i got older I realized I need to come back to the basics of Hip Hop and using it as simple way of communication so people could understand me." He Reflects in High School, " I remember in High school my Freshman Year and would be the Emcee who always would start a Freestyle at Lunch no one knew what was going on and all of a sudden a circle of hip hop heads where bopping heads and giving mad love." that was when he knew hip hop was in him. 
Driven by Passion and a desire to succeed Deal2Respect is in the studio. "Now is the Time," D2R says. "With all that time and practice in the studio developing my sound is as intense and pioneering as ever." D2R is now Producing and Writing songs as precisely the way he always wanted to allowing him to create a fully innovated album that will set his mark and show the world where he has been and where he is going to end, he is sure to breakthrough this music industry with his deep in tuned skills to Music Production and innovated sound climbing his way to the top.World Rhythm Vinyls.
