Sacramento death metal behemoths, THE KENNEDY VEIL, are set to release their Trinity Of Falsehood full-length next week!

Produced by Nick Botelho at NB Recording in Santa Rosa, California and featuring the debut of new throat Taylor Wientjes, Trinity Of Falsehood is an unapologetically methodical, fast-paced display of sharp, groin-churning DM brutality. In a 9/10 review of the offering, Dead Rhetoric champions the band’s, “no-frills, modern death metal… heavily rooted in the speed and technicality of Origin and the fury of Decapitated,” further boasting, “THE KENNEDY VEIL has thrown down the death metal gauntlet for years to come. Sacramento technical death metal militia, ALTERBEAST, are pleased to unleash their full-length debut via Unique Leader this Spring! Titled Immortal, the eight track monster offering was meticulously assembled in several locals throughout 2013. With guitars and bass recorded at Augmented Audio in Los Angeles with former The Black Dahlia Murder bassist Ryan “Bart” Williams, vocals arranged at Mayhemeness Studios in Sacramento by Bob Swanson (Rings Of Saturn, Plague Window et al) and drums tracked at Castle Ultimate Studios with Zack Ohren (Light This City, All Shall Perish, First Blood, Cattle Decapitation, Warbringer et al), who also mixed and mastered the release, Immortal promises to deliver some of the most dynamic, instrumentally adept and plainly crushing material of the year.

Formed in 2011 under the working title Gary Busey Amber Alert (GBAA), ALTERBEAST combines the teachings of The Black Dahlia Murder, Necrophagist and Spawn of Possession with the classic death metal mastery of band’s like Dissection and Morbid Angel into an irate expulsion of sonic deviance. After a year of dedicated song-crafting, ALTERBEAST unleashed their first demo in 2012 and officially waged war on the populace with numerous shows opening for Deicide, Dying Fetus, Testament, Revocation, Exhumed, Severed Savior and many others. Their crushing live assaults combined with a DIY ethos quickly earned them a revered place within the local death metal community.

W.T.C. PRODUCTIONS & DARK ADVERSARY PRODUCTIONS are proud to present the long-awaited third album of long-running black metal cult CRIMSON MOON, Oneironaut. CRIMSON MOON was established in 1994 by Scorpios Androctonus - known also for his work with Acherontas, Zemial, Demoncy, Melechesh, and Akrabu among others - as a solo project in the U.S. and relocated to Germany in 1998.

After working with different members throughout the years, 2016 reveals the long-awaited third full-length release titled Oneironaut. Four years in the making, this album has returned to the roots of the lineup and was written, performed, and recorded once again entirely by Scorpios Androctonus with additional guest appearances by members of Acherontas, Demoncy, and Ralph Santolla (ex-Deicide, Death, Obituary) on select tracks.

The aura of Oneironaut is a familiar one to previous CRIMSON MOON releases in the spirit and atmosphere, both musically and lyrically. A definite progression is also introduced in song structure and strategic use of additional instruments, including exotic instruments such as the Esraj, Frame Drums, Tanpura, Cretan Lyra, fretless acoustic bass, and innovative uses of acoustic guitars among other stringed instruments and percussion. The music of Oneironaut executes a blend of mystical, dream-like atmospheres which morph from violent and aggressive black metal synonymous with the occult atmosphere. Lyrically, the topics vary from traditional Necronomicon-inspired myths, Sumerian lore, astral projection, and lucid dreaming to content that covers homage to the old goddesses of worship, survival of the fittest/breaking the myths of equality, and spiritual transcendence.

As of 2016, CRIMSON MOON has established a new and potent full lineup which will debut its first live appearance in October of 2016, which will be the first live performance from CRIMSON MOON in nearly a decade, and the first time to perform live on European soil. More select live shows will follow and are being booked for the remainder of the year and 2017.

The new CRIMSON MOON new lineup consists of:

With the new lineup, work is currently being put into new material for an upcoming split release that will be announced by the end of 2016, which will forebode much more to come in 2017.

Crimson Moon - Oneironaut - Gossamer of Arachne

W.T.C. PRODUCTIONS is proud to present a brand-new mini-album from German black metal cult PARIA, entitled Knochenkamp. Since the ancient year of 1995, PARIA have been a study in staunch defiance and unparalleled filth. Their late '90s era was spent brewing disgusting demos in secret, and then during the early 2000s, a handful of official demos emerged from PARIA's dungeon, perhaps best characterized by the 2007 compilation title Paria über alles - 11 Years of Blood, Cum & Satan. Two full-lengths would be released, 2008's VerminRace and 2010's Unchain the Unclean, before the band's breakout album, 2013's Surrealist Satanist. Released by W.T.C. to international acclaim, Surrealist Satanist was the culmination of nearly 20 years of mounting mental instability and restless demons knocking on their door: PARIA had finally arrived, exploding with dizzying disease and roiling chaos, and yet somehow wrangled it all into palpable but no-less-bent shapes with frightening finesse. 

Alas, PARIA have returned to build further on that monument - or bury it under garbage and gangrene - with Knochenkamp. A fountain of filth and fury, cutting and concise whilst exuding a substantial totality at 28 minutes, Knochenkamp is PARIA at their most untamed and unbound: untamed in how bloody spiraling and dangerously caustic their attack has become, and unbound in that they pay little to no mind what's been committed to tradition under the banner of "black metal." Over the course of four songs and intro, the quartet weave bewitching spells of black metal classicism that soon split apart at the seams and become consumed by a ravenous insanity that literally feels dangerous - there's no faking this sort of instability. And yet, their songwriting acumen is at peak performance, as Knochenkamp's component parts are ones that go places, beckoning the listener ever onward, teasing with morbid repose before whipping forth into a abyss-ward tornado of utter disgust and bitter, black hatred. Through it all, PARIA remain gleefully possessed, almost taunting that listener with demonic delight. Will you have the spiritual/physical fortitude for Knochenkamp?
