 As an established artist, Rommek has expanded his own sound, carving his way into the current techno and experimental scenes since 2013.  His extensive interest in sound design is crafted within the cinematic atmospheres, heavy broken rhythms and electrifying tones found within his productions. 

Rommek joined the seminal Blueprint Records in 2016, releasing five EPs, gaining remixes from label owner James Ruskin, Broken English Club, O/V/R (Ruskin & Regis) and Makaton, which established his position on the map. Since then, a steady output of releases on Tommy Four Seven’s 47 imprint, Leyla Records, Natural Selection, Mord, Hex and collaborative release with the Spanish duo NX1 has expanded his discography. 
 
Since releasing over 15 EP's, Rommek has gained a wide range of noteworthy support, from BBC Radio 1, to features and reviews in Mixmag, The Wire, The Quietus and Fuze magazine. In 2018 he was featured within the top 100 globally charted artists on Resident Advisor. Furthermore, as a touring DJ, he has played extensively around the globe from iconic venues such as Tresor in Berlin, Printworks in London, Warehouse Elementenstraat in Netherlands, LAB Madrid and several across the Americas. From this, it’s clear that Rommek is driven to continue expanding his capabilities and keep things moving forward.

The third DT:Download feature is from a close friend of Death Techno and our label DEAD CERT. Records. Paying homage to his inclusion to these projects Redial Tone has created “DTxDC” showing the link or collaboration between the two.

The Montenegro based artist is a leading force and purveyor of the credible underground scene, having played alongside the likes of Jeff Mills, Oscar Mulero, Jonas Kopp and Dax J to name only a few.

His back catalogue includes music for the likes of Marcelus’ Singular, Re:Axis’ Monocline, Coeter’s Kaputt and Subsist amongst many others, proving his highly refined skill of producing timeless jams.

The track itself is a powerful shot of jackin’ analogue love, where a warm, tough and driving sound is complete with killer synth stabs and a dancefloor feel ready to do damage. Fun and series rolled into one, we expect this to become a revered piece and ultimate DJ weapon.

With some devastating news last weekend, we learned of the tragic passing of a Berlin legend Maik Marold aka Mike Wall as he is known to many. The Wall Music label head and regular party promoter at the Suicide Circus club has left a huge hole in many hearts as he was one of the most forward thinking musicians and loved figures of the scene.

One of his close friends made this track dedicated to him, using their production moniker as a way to remember this time through the music he gave so generously too, raise awareness, and spread the word of love and support.

We would also like to kindly mention that you may make donations to support his family of wife and children via the YouCaring link (campaign finished) Mike Wall’s Family Members link, as many of the community have done so already upon hearing the terrible news of Maik’s death.
