Berlin stable made of CONCRETE bring to light a new titled Modern Regulations by emerging Spanish talent BLANKA who is into raw and punchy productions on her own Room Trax or Animal Farm.

Alongside three original tracks is a remix from the ever consistent and impressive MTD who goes under his new alias Rhythm Assembler who sometimes ventures out of his own Methodical and Sonntag Morgen imprints with appearances on the likes of Affekt, Monocline and Nachtstrom Schallplatten.

For this DT:Premiere we selected the remix of the title track “Modern Regulations” with a sumptuous and pulsing ride. The furious waves of sweeping pads act like a demonic chime fusing energy into the groove, while the subtle, perky hook adds the right touch buoyant spirit to this distinct, raw techno jam.

In the authors words, this EP was recorded while he was restructuring his modular equipment. 

This "always provides an exciting moment of exploration and discovery of new sounds. I added quite a few new modules in that time and, in my experience, that is one of the best opportunities to have happy accidents in the studio because the system itself takes me to a combination of sound sources, sequencers and effects that work together". Hence the name Unruly Machines. "Ive experimented a lot with spectral techniques and layering, which is most prominent in the textures of Corridor and the main synth line of Targa. The tracks were also created in a phase where I started incorporating more and more dedicated drum modules. 

The first order of business was, of course, to route them through a bunch of external effects (mainly distortion and delays), which contributed to the raw sound of some of the tracks".

A-TRACTION Records celebrate their 20th birthday with one release each month, for the entire duration of 2020.

909 Resistance is a producer from Bordeaux, resident of Hangar Fl and the “We are Rave” parties, "Detrone" EP is his 1st EP on A-TRACTION records, an EP that marks the return to the basics with 2 tracks of dark techno and acid accompanied by 5 remixes by the new European electronic scene.

The eponymous track of the EP gives pride of place to the legendary rhythm machine accompanied by a captivating vocal. "Rotterfront" is a hymn to the parties of yester-year and the UK acid wave.

Croatian producer Insolate offers a hypnotic and spartan version, while the Anglo-Brazilian Vinicius Honorio offers a more groovy vision like his many productions on the labels Planet Rhythm or Drumcode.

The French scene surprises with remixes with rave influences from the English 90s for Minimum Syndicate which transports with its tablecloths and its acid tones, the young Lacchesi teleports us to the Parisian warehouse while the Franco-Swiss Southsoniks offers a real progressive steamroller for the dancefloor.
