The release features works from 20 artists across the electronic music and techno scenes, Prompt/Imagine presents an in-depth showcase of harder vibes, darker worlds and dance floor focused tracks. There is even ambient drone music created by A.I. algorithms. Today we present this powerful Hard Techno track by Monix.

Along with music, the v/a comes with a 72-page softcover printed book featuring sci-fi imagery and conversations with each artist about the role of A.I. in creative practice.

Jancen is a techno artist and producer from the vibrant city of Nijmegen in the Netherlands. Growing up in a musical family and was introduced to the techno scene at the age of 14. It was during a test session of the legendary Awakenings parties, where Adam Beyer was testing the sound system in the Gashouder, that Jancen's love for techno was sparked.

During the pandemic, Jancen turned to music production, and for the last three years, he has been hard at work honing his craft. His unique sound, which combines modern low-end with deep kicks and rhythms with Detroit-style synths, quickly caught the attention of industry professionals.
