In addition to supporting up-and-coming underground talent, the American techno label EvilGroove, which was co-founded by Lindsey Herbert and Jason Doll, has included musicians like Truncate, Drumcell, Kr!z, The Advent, and Dustin Zahn.

Norway's emerging talent Takt has played shows at key clubs like Tresor and Melkweg, as well as around the world, from Spain to Japan. Her high calibre productions have been featured on PRTL WRX, OECUS, Synergie, and Vinicius Honoroio's Liberta, and here she returns to EvilGroove following a VA appearance.

For this DT:Premiere we selected "Avionic" that eases in to a raw and hypnotic ride. The constant bass throb lays the foundation, while shuffling percussion adds a jovial energy. Looming tension comes from high-pitched drones and bending sci-fi bleeps in this tight analogue workout.
