as his own. Not only does his music consist of compulsive 
hooks and relatable narratives, his songs also envelope the 
conventional emotions of day-to-day experiences in a 
copacetic kind of way. Coupled with his jovial personality,

Escapades are Kiki & Justin. A combined vision and a plethora of instrumental ability fused this outfit together over 10 years ago.These two began to write, record, gig and produce tunes in their hometown of Adelaide and after a couple of overseas trips, a stack of gigs and some big supports, they decided to call this sound Escapades.
If you like Phoenix, Empire of the Sun, Goldfrapp, Everything but the girl and melodic music in general, you're sure to enjoy the fresh new sounds of Escapades.

Justin and Kiki work out of the Audio Chop Shop in Adelaide, South Australia and you can catch Escapades weekly at various venues around Adelaide.

Before fusing their talents together under the banner of Escapades, Kiki bounced onto the public music scene in late 2004 as a finalist in channel 7's popstars. After having the extraordinary experience of playing an original song on live television and exiting the show due to the non commercial nature of her artistry, the opportunities continued to roll through the door. A few trips to LA and London to tour with Bachelor girl half Tania Doko, a support for USA duo Bliss 'n Esso and working with writers and producers such as Jack Jones, Karl Lewis and James Roche to name a few.

Justin has been working in the music industry as both a musician and as a live sound engineer. His background is in live music production and studio engineering, and has had the pleasure to work with a huge range of artists, comedians, bands, outfits, and cliental for corporate functions. In the last 4 years Justin has enjoyed the opportunities to be involved with large scale events such as Big Day Out, Future Music, Parklife, Soundwave, and Stereosonics as both a FOH and Monitor engineer, as well as play live music regulary around the adelaide scene.. He too has travelled with Kiki to LA and has had the wonderful opportunity to work with Tania Doko, amongst others whilst there.
