Décalé. is excited to announce the release of Shing & Tsé, a compilation of a group from Lyon called Lapassenkoff. It has been built with the artist themselves: Robert Lapassade, Jacky Yantchenkoff and Franck Benattar. Exploring the innovative work of an unusual 1980’s group, this retrospective is including an LP combining the two albums of the group, Shing a Ling and Tsé Tsé, as well as an 10 inches with unreleased materials & edits. A collector edition, limited to 100 copies, is including a leaflet of archives presenting lyrics, photos and other lost materials.

"The audience in the venue plays an important role as they interpret the soundtrack and change their behaviour accordingly. In the lobby people are anticipating a regular lovely evening, however a few signals start to suggest otherwise. The music shifts from dreamy to tense, dramatic and poignant resulting in a vivid and dynamic experience. The mix charts the anxious, dark, comical, hallucinatory and liturgic reactions of the people in the lobby as they go through an uneasy, and unusual, night at the theatre."
