Simon Desser and Mark Ginter,  two Manchester DJ's and producers worked together on various hip hop ventures between 1989 and 1994. They worked under various guises such as New Breed, Mad Dogs and Englishmen, The Mighty Headbangers and Freakin' Inglish as well as producing tracks for local rappers such as Nanosphere Complex.
