Deception Cost - российский Harsh EBM /Terror/Dark Electro проект, сформировавшийся к 2010 году. 

Музыка Deception Cost – это мрачные, жесткие электронные ритмы, эксперименты с шумными ударными, скрежещущие мелодии, экстремальные синтезаторные партии с задисторшенным вокалом. 

Стиль музыки проекта не ограничивается какими либо рамками поэтому в творчестве можно услышать элементы стилей Noise, Ambient, Hardcore, Techno-Industrial, 

Тематика текстов носит зловещий и агрессивный характер – насилие, ужас, месть, агония, садизм, отчаяние. Каждый трек – психологический триллер с проникновением в мир маниакальных идей, вырывающихся из подсознания в реальную жизнь. 

Творчество проекта – музыкальное воплощение сюжетов жанра horror в сочетании с action. Бескомпромиссная жестокость, стремление к уничтожению и разрушению, выплеск агрессии – своеобразная творческая переработка современного состояния мира, наполненного насилием, несправедливостью и притворным человеколюбием.
