Renowned for his remarkable quality in the studio and on the stage, the Kompakt, Anjunadeep, and Ellum, John has taken his craft around the world from London, Amsterdam, Melbourne, Mumbai, Beirut, Los Angeles, and more. 

John adds: “My music is my life. For me, performing live means bringing people inside my head. It allows me to share my vision in a way that perfectly communicates the “why” behind the choices that determine my creative output. It is an extremely personal experience. What’s more, after years of creating rules, I’m now conscious of finding ways in the live setting to take both myself and my audience out of the comfort zone."

Rafa Pineda

La présence constante de Rafa Pineda sur la scène techno de Montréal, au cours des dernières années l'a aidé à s'établir comme un DJ et producteur remarquable sur les pistes de danse underground entre le Mexique et le Canada.

Cofondateur du collectif 8day et travaillant sur Grrreat Recordings, Rafa a joué aux côtés de nombreux artistes internationaux ces dernières années. Très engagé dans la scène locale, jouant fréquemment dans des salles comme Le Salon Daome, Newspeak, La SAT, Stereo Night Club, et des festivals comme Eclipse Canada, Piknic Électronik, Radiance Mexico, Illusion, Totem, La Tierra Prometida Mexico, Timeless & Earthdance pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns.

Né au Mexique et maintenant établi à Montréal, Rafa élargit son profil avec son nouveau projet live, Paradigme, un projet en collaboration avec son ami
 Maudite Machine.

2018 est définitivement une année où les projets, les concerts et les sorties de Rafa Pineda vont se développer. Essayant toujours de respecter et de suivre son propre style, il est définitivement un artiste à suivre de près.

Rafa Pineda's constant presence on the Montreal techno scene over the past few years has helped him establish himself as an outstanding DJ and producer on underground dance floors between Mexico and Canada.

Co-founder of the 8day collective and working on Grrreat Recordings, Rafa has played alongside many international artists in recent years. Very involved in the local scene, playing frequently in venues such as Le Salon Daome, Newspeak, La SAT, Stereo Night Club, and festivals such as Eclipse Canada, Piknic Électronik, Radiance Mexico, Illusion, Totem, La Tierra Prometida Mexico, Timeless & Earthdance to name a few.
