We live in a world of mass media consumerism, yet never tell a story. Never in the history of mankind, has so much information been available, yet our voices are never heard. Decoded Magazine aims to deliver thought provoking, intelligent journalistic articles that affect the generations who are passionate about electronic music, fashion, lifestyle, industry news, interviews, travel, food and breaking new emerging talent beyond the dance floor. We provide ethical, provoking and humorous content to a global audience.

We are a collective of professional marketing managers, print & web designers, recording artists, journalists, label owners, DJs, social media marketers, event promoters, music publishers and more. It is a labour of love for us, it is a passion that runs deep, a feeling of taking back control of an industry we love and so heavily invest in with our own personal lives. Mike is an innovative DJ whose sets are often described as immersive sonic journeys. His unique mixing style blends intricate layers, compelling rhythms, and emotive melodies, creating an unparalleled experience that keeps audiences engaged from start to finish. 

With roots in the UK's 90s underground scene, Mike's passion for electronic music has driven his career for over two decades. Under the alias PosterBoy, he built a reputation for curating and promoting cutting-edge events, showcasing both local talent and international acts. Mike's radio presence has evolved from his early days on Lightwave Radio to hosting "The Late Beat" on Subcode Radio, where he regularly features guest mixes from fellow DJs. His shows have also found homes on platforms like Innervisions Radio (Ireland), Pulse Content Music (Argentina), and The Generate Project (Greece). 

As a performer, Mike has graced the decks at iconic London venues like Egg and Ministry of Sound, as well as intimate club nights in Manchester demonstrating his versatility across various event formats. Influenced by electronic music pioneers like Sasha, John Digweed, and Nick Warren, Mike's sound continues to evolve. He crafts sets that take listeners on an emotional journey, seamlessly blending progressive, deep, and melodic elements of house and techno.
