The epic saga, ‘Land of ZED’ continues! About 1 year ago, Uziel, Stonerjazz and I started a collaborative prog rock style concept album around the concept of ‘Johnny and his Magical Squeezebox’. We’ve been having a lot of fun playing with different styles, breaking all the musical rules, and writing our own soundcloud inspired mythology. 

For the past 3 songs we’ve been working with a new collaborator, Francesca (a.k.a. Zed) who has added a cool new twist to our sound.
And on this track we’re pulling in a fifth artist who contributed an amazing set of lyrics: Jo Richter (a.k.a. Sonic Structures and Silent Stretches). Thanks for joining us!

DJ biography:

DJ Peakdrive. I was born and raised in Slovakia. Music became a part of my life at a young age, thanks to the influence of my older brother, who introduced me to the world of electronic music. This influence still resonates in me today and helped me discover my passion for DJing and music production.

My first real contact with electronic music came in 2008 when I bought my first turntables, mixer, and headphones. At that time, I had no idea what awaited me and what path my music career would take. I experimented with various music genres, including drum and bass, but eventually found my true passion in minimal techno and techno.

Together with my DJ partner, DJ Johan Electric, we set up a sound system and started organizing our first parties under the name "No More Chillout." Initially, we mixed various music styles, including drum and bass, hard techno, and techno, but gradually, we focused primarily on minimal techno and techno. After the success of our first event, we continued to organize more No More Chillout parties and became a significant part of the local music scene.

My most recent step was relocating to Switzerland, where I am starting a new DJ career in collaboration with my colleague DJ Tomato. Together, we have already organized our first very successful event called "Dance Rave" at Caverne club in the town of Matten. This event opened doors to new opportunities, and we have received offers to play in various clubs in Lucerne and Interlaken.

While DJing is important to me, I realized that success in this field also requires creating my music. Therefore, in the last ten years, I have been dedicated to studying and working in Ableton. I have released 15 tracks that were mastered at TC Studio, and additional tracks were mastered by Seta label.

Among my favorite artists are Umek, Takaki Itoh, Ladida, Butch, Adam Beyer, Narkotek, and many others. My favorite music style includes minimal techno, techno, tech-house, and virtually all sub-genres of techno. Two specific favorite styles are Tekno and Neurofunk.

My DJ career is a passion and a journey of continuous learning and development. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my passion for electronic music with people at dance events and through my music.
