Fuckin grow up I started running again. That's the biggest surprise of the year so far. Before covid, I used to run a lot, I used to run from Bristol to Bath in 2 hours. I even managed to run the Bristol half marathon once. That was official. 3 months ago I started running again. I run religiously once every two days between 30 to 60 minutes and days I'm not running I go for a 90 minute walk. That's discipline. What I'm saying is I've got a hold on myself again and when I'm performing at my best I get to a level of fitness that is similar to military personnel fitness with a military mindset. I turn into a tank, a unit, a French weapon: selfless, target focused, sharp and silent like a shadow in the night, assault style. Integrity, determination and courage drive me. Speed, strength and agility become second nature and ultimately, missions get accomplished. No emotion, no regret, no doubt. It's just a job. One of my dreams in life is to run a marathon. I thought about it many many times.
