Charles A Bowen Sr (born Jan. 18,1942) is An American Jazz Saxophonist,Teacher, and Composer. He was Mentored by Darnley Belgrave Sr (Father of Marcus Belgrave),and Robert(Boysie)Lowery(Legendary Teacher of Clifford Brown). He studied Composition at Philadelphia Musical Academy ,and has toured the United States,Europe,and Africa,with a Variety of Famous Artist, and Band Leaders: "Philly" Joe Jones, Shirley Scott,Trudy Pitts and Mr C Bobby Durhamn,B.B.King,Ike and Tina Turner,Odean Pope's Saxophone Choir, Slide Hampton.
