In the wake of a tragic emotional event, Angie Dobson is escorted into the office of Dr. Anderson a psychiatrists is who determined to get to the reason why Angie is there. Angie suffers from a history of sexual abuse, and instead of suppressing her feelings; she over indulges to satisfy her appetite for sex. From the story Angie tells Dr. Anderson we come to understand that she has a deep love for her brother Andre that started when they were kids. Now that her brother is married to Sarah, Angie has a hard time dealing with Sarah being in the picture as she sleeps on the sofa when Sarah is home and in her bed when Sarah is at work.

Angie begins to dig deeper with her self-control as she explains to Dr. Anderson her need for attention from her brother. With little clues left behind, Sarah starts to see that things are not as they should be between her husband and his sister. When Sarah starts to investigate and get advice from her friend Stephanie. The clash of the titans begins to unfold as both Sarah and Angie fights for the affection of the same man, Andre.
