Welcome to the sound of Pimp Smooth... No decade is safe. No genre is safe.

Adam Vaagen makes wavy psychedelic pop with plenty of indie rock and GenX influence. He inherited a playfully saturated vibe from a teenage spent listening to psychedelic post-punk, indie folk electronica hybrids, trip hop, hip/hop, rap rock, and bands with off-beat singers. Originally from south-eastern Minnesota, he has also lived and formed bands in Austin, TX and Charlotte, NC. He now resides in Albuquerque and is a member of CA based band Mammoth Indigo with whom he has performed across the country.
