Pretty much a 7 hour set that took in everything from deep house, disco, boogie beats and tech before the curtain finally came down....

A live recording of a VERY long set I spun at a friends BBQ party to toast the end of summer. 7 hours in total. The last 1 & 1/2 hours got a little ... err... messy, but the first 5 & 1/2 hours came out pretty sweet! I will split this into a more manageable playlist but for now if you want to listen to the whole lot, be my guest.

Chilled, soft start, balearic grooves half way through, some broken beats, nu jazz, bit of emo-house towards the end.... a bit of a kitchen sink kinda mix....

I normally have tracklists on all my mixes but a) this one is just too damn long and b) for some reason Traktor didn't save it...

So I am going to try and get into the habit of recording more of my sets. This is the the first one off the rank, a live recording of a warm up set for the guys down at Significant Others, a great, sweaty little basement of a club off Oxford Street in Sydney (Aus) that happens every Friday. Opening up for a little over 2 hours I got to spin a nice range of uber-deep spacey grooves at the start, before managing to squeeze in a few tracky, chunky tribal numbers towards to the end.

  Big thanks to Leo, Ezekial and the boys down there for having me. Next up.... a nice little underground warehouse party which I am playing at tonight. Expect that set to be quite a bit tougher than this.....
