Interested in club dance music Gyatso followed the harddance/harderstyles scene from early age on (90s), seeing it grow to what it has become today. Key to his love for this music is its essence of true free spiritness by continuesly breaking boundaries. Gyatso represents and carries out this free spirit by taking the partypeople on an invigorating journey through dark, uplifting, new and old sounds and ready to explore the beyond. Always looking for new ways to turn those soundwaves into mindblowing and bodytwisting experiences.

When I was a kid, I always looked up to DJ’s like: Tiësto, Hardwell, Coone & Ghost.

 

In 2010 I started my musical career under the name of ‘Dimerio’, which I created under the ressemblance of my first name ‘Dimitri’.

 

2013 was the year my first track got released, together with B-For, named ‘King’ on the label of ‘Fresh Beats’.

 

One year later, ‘Dimerio’ got bookings in the best clubs: Cherrymoon, Complex & Highstreet, Chiro Oostakker and later on @The Oh (Ostend), where he played on a weekly base, starting from 2016 until the end of The Oh in 2018.

 

In the beginning of 2023 he also released some tracks on the labels of: Noise Junky (Mark With A K) and Fresh Beats (Teka B)

 

2023 was the year Dimerio started to spin retro music next to jumpstyle music to reach a wider public.

 

After a more difficult period in time, this in combination with ‘Corona’, he found his way back to continue his journey behing de Dj decks. The future is ours to take!
