After over a decade of releasing classic official remixes and perhaps even more legendary bootlegs like "Call Me a Marley" with Stylo G, Deejay Theory finally steps into solo album territory with “Everything is Energy”. Delivering 10 tracks of original compositions produced and mixed fully by Theory, the album also features standout vocal performances from Kabaka Pyramid, Eesah, Runkus, Royal Blu, Suku Ward, and Blakkamoore. Traversing the landscapes of dancehall and reggae while saluting Theory’s bass, jungle, hip hop and soulful beginnings, “Everything is Energy” is an authentic taste of Theory’s musical persona, and an exciting take on modern sonics as a whole.

This mix is dedicated to the bravery it takes to pick yourself up after devastation & find ways to love yourself again. I realized through many lonely, painful, and isolated nights that the real heartbreak comes from not loving myself enough to choose better for myself.. We only accept the love we think we deserve, and sometimes, we end up breaking our own hearts.

Wolvie is the musical alias of South Coast-born DJ and producer Melissa Pappas. She's been in the game for almost a decade now, originally kicking things off in 2016 under the name 'Shmell' before evolving into Wolvie in 2023.

These days, she's based in the snowy mountain town of Jindabyne, but her love for music runs deep - growing up in a musical family, it was always going to be part of the journey. Over the years, she's had the chance to share stages with artists like What So Not, YOOKiE, Odd Mob, ShockOne, Thundamentals, Seth Sentry, Mallrat, Pist Idiots, and heaps more.
She's also played major festivals like Falls Festival (2022), and there's plenty more to come.

Wolvie's DJ sets dive into deep dubstep, UKG, and drum and bass, but she's not afraid to mix things up - expect genre-bending blends, big melodies, and high-energy vibes that hit you right in the chest.

BABS is a Facebook group I started in 2017 to find friends to go to bass shows with, that now has 1.8k members and is a fully thriving community and mutual aid network in the Bay Area. We've been attending The Untz religiously since 2017 (this was my 8th year attending, 4th year with CouchFam (I run that too), 2nd year playing music and 1st year on the main stage) so this was a crazy full circle moment for us.
