I've been Djing for many years now, though I have only just started mixing Trance. I used to mix Techno & hardcore Techno and have been extremely lucky to play at many UK major events under the alias of DJ MPEP. However, my heart wasn't fully committed to it, because I had the burning desire to follow my heart and that was Trance. Journey In Trance is my baby and I will continue to push this project until it reaches the height of my passion!

I started Messing about with Synths and Midi Multitracking at the age of 15. I gradually increased my equipment adding a Sampler 9 Akai S200 with 8MB of memory haha), A proper workstation keyboard (Korg Trinity, Loved it, great keys and sound), Some odd stuff (Quasimidi Raven, A German beast of a rom synth, heavier than the moon to!), A Yamah RM1X (Annoying as hell to midi up due to it loving reset messages, infuriating thing, good sounds though), All this and 16 channels only to use all daisy chained and synced to the Trinity Sequencer. 
Results were, Questionable but we all start somewhere right?

In 2002 I decided to go the PC route so went to do Music Tech and learned Cubase SX like the back of my hand and finally bought some proper Monitors (They were not that great in accuracy to be honest but loud as hell as my college friends can vouch for).
I then released my 1st Original Trance track (and only Vinyl release to this day)under my Vodka guise (College Nickname) "Parade" was played a hell of a lot on DIFM and gained some decent support.
I then did loads of Remixing and got some original done in amongst this for Diverted Records, Nukleuz, Monoceros, EyeReflex, Connective and loads more under Vodka and my last production name of Shango V. Was very proud with some of the big name support for some of my Remixes and Originals, I also even dabbled in some HardGroove Techno and House stuff.

Anyways, as of 2011 I kind of gave up for a few years (Until now really properly, odd thing here and there) but have now found enjoyment in it again making all sorts of genres now.

So thats my story. I will try to update here as much as I do my Youtube and Facebook but im not liking SC as much these days so will see.
