Pursuing the goal of "expressing the inexpressible" and constantly developing and enriching its music; Ikaru is an electronica & downtempo band from Turkey. This is a full live show that Ikaru expressed the tastiest outcomes of their journey so far, with a respectful homage to the cultural heritage of their current city, Ankara.

Ankara Castle is one of the oldest sights in the capital city of Turkey. The monument has a history dating back to 2500 years ago and had been a residence to the numerous generations so far. Nowadays, the castle is a visual amalgam of different historical eras that all left their own mark in one way or another. The old Ankara houses that are within the castle’s outer wall are also unique and are composed of wood, mud, brick, and tile. From the castle, the juxtaposition between the old and new Ankara is gaining a new dimension blended with Ikaru’s electronic ambient music. Enjoy this audiovisual story which is full of different musical ideas, profoundly expressed by this quartet in an ice-cold and historical open-air environment, surrounded by the metropolis of Ankara.
