Devish Affairs skipper and Deep Dive alumni Eric Louis joins us for Episode 7 of our mix series.  The New Jersey-based DJ and producer is renowned for his meticulously crafted productions and atmospheric sound design that slowly reels you into a trance.  Eric's passion for vinyl extends beyond the DJ booth through music production workshops offering insights on launching independent music labels along with his beautifully designed vinyl releases that quickly empty record store shelves.

Enceladus, the icy moon of the almighty Saturn carries so many secrets, one of them questioning the existence of life on it. 

One thing is for sure: life is thriving in Toronto's undegrounds, with bright sparks of creativity coming from Edan's studio. Beside managing Microforum Vinyl Pressing’s production and quality control with over 15K records per day, Edan finds time to dig through records. Here's a carefully selected selection he put together as he took over the Strangers In The Night series. Expect an eclectic ride, rich textured as well as stripped down to its bare essentials, from progressive to minimal house and touching everything between. Enjoy it as much as we did!

Strangers In The Night: Edan

Hailing from Barcelona, Lis Sarocca is an artist very much on the rise and her ever growing discography will go some way to explain why. She has starred on standout releases from the likes of MAAI, Tresydos, Smallville, Chiwax, Shall Not Fade, a vintage Mobilee entry, and the excellent collab between Anna Walls’ The Bricks and System Error. 

A regular fixture at some of Europe and America’s finest parties, she has written a line under a fantastic summer with a lauded performance at this year’s Dimensions Festival. There is no sign of the Spaniard turning in for the year as she continues to light up dancefloors wherever she appears.

Her recording for our InSession series is testament to this and her sunny disposition shines through in this mix as she guides us through bass heavy, breaky goodness, dubby deep house, with stop offs in wiggly disco heaters and more than a few wonky stations along the way.
