The 'Before Everything Else' project comes back to life to celebrate 15 years of Serialism. Vol. 5 presents a unique selection of groovy minimal and house numbers, showcasing new music from the freshest additions to our ever-growing roster with gems from old and new friends. As usual, the compilation comes with a pre-release mix by label-boss Cesare vs Disorder, who has selected 16 tunes that represent all the different sound nuances of the label. Crossfade Sounds welcomes Belgian producer Dream Cycle Inc. for his label debut with the It Feels Like Healing EP. The project is the creative outlet of Jan, an artist whose formative years were shaped by the adventurous spirit of the 90s, when labels such as Planet Dog and acts like Eat Static, Banco De Gaia, and Future Loop Foundation fused trance, dub, ambient, and drum & bass into forward-thinking hybrids. These early influences, together with the psychedelic voyages of compilations like Feed Your Head and Dubnology, continue to resonate in Dream Cycle Inc.'s work, where echoes of techno-infused dub and liquid drum & bass find their way into deep, meditative frameworks.

The EP features two original compositions from Dream Cycle Inc., each reflecting his passion for bridging atmospheres with rhythm and narrative. Adding depth to the release, Belgian artist ZeroA returns to the label with two reworks that leans into his own textured aesthetic, while Romanian producer Silishteanu delivers an alternate interpretation, both remixers being well-regarded names within the Crossfade Sounds catalogue.

Martin Buttrich and Guti dropped it the LAb LA as part of Buttrich's #9414 20 Year Celebration Tour.

Martin Buttrich has been on the scene for twenty years and his slick production skills have earned him Grammy nominations and massive respect among the heavyweights of dance music. The Barcelona native has embarked on a two-month global tour to celebrate his twenty years in the business, and has also announced a forthcoming record label and a collaboration album due out in 2015. The #9414 20 Years Tour also features a series of huge guests including The Martinez Brothers, Pete Tong, Lee Burridge and Guti.

The Argentinian-born producer Guti found his way into house music via his classically-trained upbringing, a wild South American rock band and by 2010 his career in dance music had firmly taken off. He has releases on a number of notable imprints including Wolf + Lamb, Crosstown Rebels and Supplement Facts, and earlier this year he launched his own label called Rompecorazones Music and his release of the same name was distributed British house slingers Defected Records.
