'Spectral' EP is the debut of Culprit originators Droog after they founded the Los Angeles based label six years ago. To prove themselves as producers, the LA collective have made a point of earning their stripes away from the label of their creation and the path has taken them to Crosstown Rebels, Supernature, Get Physical and Last Night on Earth, among others. Now, they have come home and they bring along Edu Imbernon, known for big releases on Suara, Culprit, his own two labels Fayer and Eklektisch and his remixes  for The xx and Hot Natured.

2016 has already been a stellar year for UJR with 36 amazing releases - and we are proud to present the next in our serious.

Evans starts our Spring with a 2 track EP. 
The name sake track and first release of the album Pluto Minus One is a sensual deep techno track, carefully layered and intelligently constructed, creating a rich sound.

Luis Leon Re-Encounter of this track builds on this deep, sensual feeling keeping many of the original pieces but adding rhythm and movement to the track creating a more dance floor friendly vibe, while maintining the lush feel of the original.

On the final track SPSS, Evans shows that he’s not just romantic and drives up the intensity with a more driving, slightly darker techno inspired track that rounds out this moody EP and leaves us inspired for a fantastic night!

 After remixes for Claptone, Adana Twins, Nils Penner and Simon Doty and releases on Get Physical, Diynamic as well as Yousef’s new label Carioca, British studio wizard SevenDoors returns to Berlin imprint Exploited Recordings with a refreshing new single. Coming with a similar sonic character to his previous productions, ‘Orca’ also includes a fantastic remix by John Tejada from LA (Palette Recordings/Kompakt).

Girona native Moises Caparros, better known as TH Moy, returns to Alpha Black with “Mio Destino”. For catalogue number 004 TH Moy drags us into a deep sonorous landscape that will engulf in our emotions.

From slow to fast, attesting to TH Moy's versatility in making music for every moment. From delicate sounds and melodies to an energetic rolling bass and evolving basslines, Moises can encompass any emotional state. 

Kicking off with "Balankula", an ever-evolving melodic state, accompanied by ethnic voices and beat that enhance the landscape of a magical place. The shadow of Gaia reveals itself, with the sweet scent of lavender.

With Mio Destino, we are given two editions. The original and the club edit. A tense voice and hypnotic melody-bass combination in the original. A deep atmosphere with various textures which are emotionally paired with the voices and soft melodies in the club edit. Both versions, although different, bring us into the tough decision of choosing a labyrinth. The children will need to enter to continue the chase, but in doing so will need to make tough decisions.

Urano extends the increase in energy. With an ongoing arp and a rolling bass that continuously evolves, occasional chords and melodies that give a sign of relief. The key has been chosen.

The door opens to the sound of Tenderete. Opening tense arps, a fast-rolling bass, a vicious melodic bassline. The wolfs show their teeth, they show their grit as the children will have to enter the new maze. The high energy of tenderness leave us with the setting to be faced, but full of faith and warrior instinct.
