Marketing Music last musical transmission for 2014 is a stunning split artist release by Brwn Shoes and Cheapit. The release opens with Brwn Shoes, a French born, London formed and Valencia based producer. Inspired by repetitive aspects of Zuckerzeit, he delivers the hypnotic and ethereal Clocks. Otherworldly sounding instant classic. The second track of the release comes from Cheapit AKA Marc Antoine Bianco, better known as one half of Parisian duo Villanova who have released original music and remixes through labels such as Cocoon, My Favorite Robot and No.19 Music. His Mafe is like a soundtrack for our dark s/m basement. Enjoy!

Musically and emotionally, Superpitcher’s third full-length studio album, The Golden Ravedays is a one sound autobiography that exhibits the skill, feeling and style that the artist has honed over a period of twenty years, musically, and forty-plus- years, emotionally. And full-length it is: The Golden Ravedays is an epic album of 24 tracks that was released in January 2017 and is stretching over 12 respective chapter albums during a one-year period.

The 9th link of The Golden Ravedays chain will be released on Hippie Dance in September 2017. Where number 8 of the series took us to outer space, number 9 introduces two tracks that are an under-water celebration of all that is good and all that is sad.

Side A features Hiding. Imagine galloping sea horses pulling a Christmas chariot filled with dreams- come-true past enchanting mermaids, smiling sharks, waving tortoises and nonplused eels, leaving a gifted blanket of mystical sound in their wake. Hiding stretches and breaks into many layers of listening love without enforcing one particular sound.

Side B features Flying. The piece is occupied by a subaquatic melody colored by whale sounds and the echoes of immersed guitar strings. Flying is not about complex development or diversity but the weightless drifting of sounds that create a wonderfully hazy cloud to lose oneself in and fly, deliciously with the dolphins. Rest assure, the ending is be speckled with whimsical chimes showers, paving the way for the softest of landings.

Lithuania's @roedeers joins the series featuring lots of new music coming from friends,  2 upcoming tracks on Nein from the man himself.  He's fast becoming a favourite of ours and  this uptempo mix is perfect for the early summer season.

1)Who are you?

My name is Liudas, I’m 26 years old and I live in Vilnius.  I've been DJing since I was 12 years old and I've been running the Roe Deers project for 4 years.

2) What have been your highlights from the last 12 months? 

Signed 9 Roe Deers EP’s for 2018, started a new project called “Bad Habits” with my friend Titas and met a lovely lady called Bete.

3) What do you have lined up for the coming year? 

I have a new Sulk Magic Ep and later EP's on Omnidisc, Rotten City Records and Nein Records. Plus a few more I want to keep secret for now. You'll also see a bunch of remixes and edits.

One giant leap for disco kind... Hamburg trio RSS Disco fire us into the stars again with two rocket-fuel remixes of ‘Lunar Fling’.

Released in December 2019, the original hit all the right spots with its addictive, bubbly riff and distinctive warm electroid charm, cementing the band’s Mireia as a key label to watch as we enter a new decade in the process. Now comes the all-important follow-up: two impeccable remixes from Das Komplex and Lakeshouse.

New Norwegian disco clan Lakeshouse, build on their Paper Disco breakthrough releases last year, the crew (who were also responsible for a string of releases under the name BOKA a few years back) pump up ‘Lunar Fling’ with an insatiable bouncy sheen, a smidgeon of rave subversion on the main hook mid-way and an acid build up that’s strong enough to power NASA’s headquarters for a whole month.
