Nous recevons le deuxième Artiste...

Laurent Maldo

Laurent est originaire de Toulouse, France...
Il débute le Djing en 1988, et sort son premier remix en 2000,
sur le label F Communications de Laurent Garnier.

Au début des années 2000, il produit sur des labels comme 
Adrenogroov (Suisse) ou Initial Cuts (France) avec son compère italien 
Luca Baldini, sous le pseudo de Moody Preachers. 
Leurs titres reçoivent des retours enthousiastes de la presse internationale et sont également soutenus par de grands DJ comme Laurent Garnier, Jeff Mills, Carl Craig, Mr C ou Fabrice Lig, pour ne citer qu'eux.

Ce succès permet à Laurent de jouer dans des salles et événements célèbres en France, Belgique, Allemagne, Suisse et Italie, aux côtés de nombreux artistes internationaux tels que Laurent Garnier, Jeff Mills, Luke Slater, Magda, Ellen Alien, Heiko Laux, Technasia. , Jay Denham, Deetron, Fabrice Lig, Jori Hulkkonen, The Youngsters, Scan X...

S’en suivent des sorties sur des labels comme Edensonic, Famille Electro, Groove Factory, Exit Audio et Blooming Soul.

Laurent s'associe en 2014 avec le producteur français Jules Wells (Electrofunk, Submerge) pour ce qui s'avère être un premier EP explosif sur le légendaire label KMS ("Made in France EP"). 
Cet EP est joué par des poids lourds comme Kevin Saunderson, Carl Cox et Derrick May. Le duo sort alors plus de musique sur KMS, mais aussi 
Planet E, Restructured, Bakroom et Astropolis.

Ces dernières années, après quelques collaborations avec le label toulousain Canal Auditif, Laurent a rejoint le célèbre label de David Duriez « Brique rouge », pour de nouvelles aventures musicales, toujours inspirées par le groove unique de Détroit et de Chicago.

Amsterdam Underworld Afterparty March 24 - Set 2

We're so excited to welcome a talented artist and vinyl DJ @irispertegaz from Spain! Iris Pertegaz, a dj from Spain based in Glasgow, Scotland has a versatile music taste with a passion for vinyl. Her wide range of music taste can bring to the stage genres from ambient, dub techno baseline, even neotrance/EBM to minimal house to highlight some. She has played at the legendary Subclub and the incredible The Berkeley Suite in Glasgow. She has established a monthly radioshow at the mighty Clyde Built Radio from 2020. This year 2024 she spans her sets to Edinburgh from a selection of dubby music and driving into a minimalistic and tech house. 

She also played at the renowned Brunch In Elektronik - Barcelona and La Cheetah Club - Alongside @raxon and @kairogen . You can hear Iris playing regularly at Dots and Motus events. Iris has always had a deep passion and sensibility for music, which has had an important and ever present role in her life. We met her at a private party by label bosses @dskonnect , and we were impressed by her sound and love for music ever since. As a vinyl collector, her preference is to play with vinyl. Her favourite instrument is the piano and she loves the analogue sound of synths. She is a music explorer by nature and determined to focus on expressing her artistic curiosity. 

She’s making waves since arriving from Spain and we’re delighted to welcome Iris at Deep House Barcelona! Enjoy this special vinyl set recorded for us, with deep and sensual grooves that will get you in the mood for dancing ❤️🔥
