Spring is here and we are happy to present to you a new EP courtesy from Yöurr, producer and DJ based in Hungary, with two original tracks: "New Transitions" and "Broken Barriers". And that's not all, in this pack we also included a remix of French duo Pandhora for "New Transitions" that is intended to fill our spirits with energy.

The first track "New Transitions" is a sound progression that brings us closer. it's an intimate, deep and spatial state of fulfilment. A sound experience full of emotions, dreamlike sensations and euphoria.

"Broken Barriers", the second track, has the magical characteristic of taking us to a universe of colours far from the isolation caused by the pandemic. This track materializes the energy we need to return to the dancefloor; turning percussions and synthesizers into the desire to feel free through dance again.

The last track is a solid reshape by Pandhora for "New Transitions". It's loaded with elements that make us travel to the best memories we have. It's an invitation to put our eyes on the future. 

We have missed the magical ritual of dancing surrounded by people but the dreamy breakdown of this piece is the perfect spell to fill that void.

Orama is a form that takes place in consciousness and does not comes from the senses but from phantasy, as an extension of experiential experience. The form of Orama is not limited to only one “sense” (like vision) and many times can includes spiritual qualities like emotions. Orama is the “compass”, the “light” that somebody follows in order to reach his destination. Is the source of inspiration for the right choices or the new rules while, at the same time, gives the ability to control the rules of a policy by setting the morality that must condition them. Orama is driving the legislator and move him into the right direction to set and fill out the rules in a way that they’re not deviate from the morality and the values of it. The lack of Orama to somebody makes him walking or driving anybody else based on a vague logic or emotion even if he/she is based on acceptable rules that cannot exclude the wrong choices. Orama is the driving force in order to succeed on targets and can drift to individual or collective volunteering. Orama is the new compilation of Shango Records. WHATCLASS, the trailblazing platform redefining music learning through artist-led Classes, mentorship, and structured curriculums, has joined forces with iconic DJ and producer Joris Voorn and his label, Spectrum, to offer a select group of emerging, and established, producers the opportunity to release their music on Spectrum.

Voorn, who has collaborated with WHATCLASS to create an exclusive tutorial, curated submissions from the platform's students, ultimately selecting five standout tracks for this debut WHATCLASS compilation. The resulting collection highlights innovative sounds and fresh perspectives from aspiring international artists.

Opening the compilation is Slovenian producer Eskape with 'Lost Desert,' a track that sets the mood with warm pads, wistful melodies, and ethereal vocals - a perfect introduction to our new Spectrum journey. Following is Brazilian duo Fernandez & Silvera with 'Parallel Life,' building on the momentum of their recent Purified signing 'Emptiness.' The duo's track combines delicate synths, flutes, and minimal percussion to create an uplifting, melodic soundscape.

Representing the UK, Jay Lapse raises the energy with 'CB1,' marked by relentless hi-hats, a pounding kick drum, and haunting keys that form a stark, desolate techno soundscape, softened by its eerie strings.

From there, the compilation shifts to a housier vibe with Swedish producer Magnuss and his groovy, deep houser 'I Can Feel It,' followed by the hypnotic, percussive beats of Shombo's 'Feel Ya' - two standout house cuts guaranteed to energise any dance floor and a fitting finale for this debut showcase of exciting talent.

Spanish artist based in Malaysia Road To Mana is back with another of his hugely emotive house EPs. It comes on the reputable SOSO label and features two originals with a remix by label boss Oliver Schories.

Opener Your World is nearly eight minutes of brooding house, with a waify synth riff floating above the drums and a pained lead bringing a heavy heart to the soft and supple drums. Oliver Schories remixes it into a more driven cut, with surging yet warm pads and slick drums sinking you into the groove. 

Chasing Shadows from Road to Mana is then another soothing affair with zoned out vocals and rich melodies. It's spine tingling and far sighted and sure to carry you away in a reverie. The instrumental mix is even more dreamy and ageless, with horizontal grooves really making you forget the everyday world. 

Once again then here Road to Mana shows off his unique sounds and skills, that point to a massive future!!

"The Argentinean artist also lays claim to an impressive discography, highlighted by releases on Sudbeat Music and The Soundgarden. Now making his much anticipated Movement Recordings debut, Sebastian presents his ‘Machines’ EP.

Beginning the title cut Sebastian explores the deeper side of his studio repertoire. Free and flowing from the outset it’s well carved low end provides momentous swing while quirky hooks and timely vocal gates fill in the framework. Stripping down into the main break, the vocal narrative expands, opening up a spiritual reservoir before effortlessly shifting energy into a buoyant finale act.

The second selection ‘The End’ follows a similar sonic ethos with a leaning into pure progressive territory. Beginning with a warm, rolling groove the piece moves with discernible momentum as layers of drums and rugged rhythms converge for a hearty rhythmic core. Charming vocal gates and elegant atmospheres flow beautifully into an emotive centrepiece, as mounds of bass build a subtle tension, while ghostly pads and hopeful overlays fully saturate your pleasure centres. An impassioned creation from Sebastian.

The release concludes with ‘Budapest’ which presents a myriad of emotions across its nine minute journey. Beginning with a dark, ominous vibe the creation evolves through mounds of bass, waves of percussion and cross cultural motifs, eventually transitioning into an emotive state of mind. Poignant keys and wispy atmospherics elevate the mood during a second act bridge, before melting down into an otherworldly centrepiece led by a spiritual vocal, perfectly setting up a cosmic finale. It rounds out a superb Movement Recordings debut for Sebastian, setting up what should be an incredible year for the talented Argentine. Highly recommended."
