Fading seasons and a paled sun finally allow soothing and contemplative moments for overstimulated minds. After days and months of more and more, there is now time for rumination and recreation. With elaborated riffs and intricated patterns Lopal (@lopalmusic) allows us to go on an introspective journey, reflecting what has been resting on our minds for a while now. Ich wusste nicht, wie ich das nennen sollte, und ich weiß es auch heute noch nicht, vielmehr ich kann nicht bestimmen, inwieweit das an der Stimme lag oder an etwas Wichtigerem, das unmittelbar aus dem Herzen quillt, das die Kraft hat, in anderen die gleiche Erregung auszulösen. ... Mir erschienen auf einmal all seine seltsamen Gewohnheiten, die bei den Leuten Unverständnis und Spott hervorriefen - seine Verträumtheit, seine Neigung zur Einsamkeit, seine Schweigsamkeit -, in einem anderen Licht. Ich wusste jetzt, warum er abendlang auf dem Wachthügel saß, warum er die Nächte einsam am Fluß verbrachte, warum er ständig nur ihm wahrnehmbaren Klängen nachlauschte und warum seine Augen zuweilen aufloderten und die Brauen sich plötzlich erwartungsvoll hoben. Das war ein Mensch, der eine tiefe Liebe in sich trug. Keine Liebe, das fühlte ich, wie man sie für einen anderen empfindet, sondern eine weit größere, die Liebe zum Leben, zur Erde. Ja, er verwahrte diese Liebe in sich, in seiner Musik, er lebte durch sie."

As 2018 is nearly over and 2019 is approaching fast I wanted to share a little something with you. You guys keep pushing me with all your love and appreciation and this is to say thank you. This year has been even more crazy than the ones before and I am already looking very much forward to everything that lies ahead. Since my childhood i'm playing the saxophone in several live combos. But one day I also fell in love with electronic music.... I like it smooth, I like it slow, I like it driving and drifting. I love to spread my vibe daytime on music festivals, sharing storytelling dj sets and of course still love jammin the saxophone with soulfoul musicians. Once in a while I combine and make live saxophone Dj sets.
In 2018 Me and my friend lockige Ostsee (@Sattlord) founded the @Faultierdisko(sloth disco). We are a Dj team and we have a radio show in our home town Rostock. With the @Faultierdisko podcast series on Soundcloud we support artists and spread our slothdisco vibe. Give it a listen!
