Jacobo es el nombre que se esconde tras el alias de Tremūl, un proyecto musical que representa una parte fundamental de su vida.
Actualmente colabora como promotor con Énfasis y es residente de T-Label. Ha publicado música en sellos como Utopía, Trau-ma, Devotion o Newrhythmic, y este año lanzará su primer EP en 12”, que ya está en proceso de prensado. El disco saldrá a través de Lift Records, un sello que él mismo está construyendo.

También disfruta mucho de su faceta como DJ; suele pinchar con tres platos y trata de explorar capas y texturas en las mezclas, entendiendo la importancia de dejar que los temas hablen por sí mismos, respetando su estructura y dando espacio para que respiren. En los últimos meses ha estado practicando el scratch, un recurso que poco a poco incorpora en sus sesiones y que lo diferencia de la mayoría de DJs.

En cuanto a géneros, su gusto es amplio y diverso. Considera que encajar en determinados espacios no siempre es fácil, ya que su propuesta puede resultar demasiado áspera en algunos contextos y demasiado luminosa en otros. En sus sesiones busca siempre el contraste, con el techno como eje central, combinándolo con otros estilos como electro y breaks para construir una narrativa sonora rica y dinámica, como él dice: situaciones que te despierten del loop con pequeños sustos que no esperas.

Aiken은 여러 디지털 레이블에서 EP 앨범을 발표한 이후, 2011년 Semantica Records에서 EP "Mer"를 발매하며 피지컬 포맷으로 데뷔했다. 그 후 Non Series, KEY Vinyl, Chronicle 등 존경받는 레이블에서 발표한 작업들은 세계적인 테크노 아티스트들로부터 많은 지지를 받았고 여러 차트에 진입했다. 2015년에는 자신의 플랫폼인 Timeline을 설립하여 다양한 영향을 결합한 창의성을 표현하고 있다.

Aiken is a Spanish artist born in the mid-80s, influenced by diverse sources such as Detroit techno, the Berlin sound, and music produced in the UK, among others. As a DJ, his sets cover a wide spectrum of sounds ranging from the purest forms of techno to deeper variations, as well as electro and IDM. As a producer, after releasing on several digital labels, he made his physical debut in 2011 with the EP “Mer” on Semantica Records. Since then, his releases on Non Series, KEY Vinyl, and Chronicle have been charted and supported by leading figures in the global techno scene. In 2015, he launched his own platform, Timeline, with the aim of expressing his creativity by combining different influences. All of these projects have contributed to his DJ sets being enjoyed in top clubs across countries such as England, Germany, the Netherlands, Russia, and Italy.

Episode 240 brings a transmission from Decoder, the Dallas-based artist crafting hyper-minimalist body music with a distinct sci-fi sensibility.

Through releases on storied labels like Axis and Molecular, as well as modern outposts such as Blank Code, Float, AMTK+, and his own imprints Codec and Toca Records, Decoder has shaped a sound that feels engineered for deep space — stark, rhythmic, and precise.

His work has drawn the attention of techno’s most forward-thinking figures, including Jeff Mills, Rrose, Amotik, and Richie Hawtin, the latter bringing him on an international tour spanning North America, Europe, and India. Decoder’s performances at venues like De School, Fold, and Watergate reflect his alignment with the more experimental edges of the genre.

This mix is not just a set — it’s architecture in motion. Sparse, physical, and charged with tension. All of the tracks featured here are unreleased material by Decoder, offering an exclusive preview of what’s to come.

Born and raised in Rome, Luigi Tozzi is undoubtedly one of the most prolific and outstanding talents of his generation to come out of Italy. Slip into any record store worth its salt, or clubs from Tbilisi to Lisbon and you’ll find traces of his work there; his signature sound has sold its share of records true, but also deeply influenced the work of many of his contemporaries. His expansive compositions intimately tied to the space they’re heard in, circling in perfect arcs below the water’s surface, where sunlight becomes scarce and a connection with sound paramount. Reformulating not only dub. techno and ambient, but a trove of memories diving off the coast of Sicily’s neighbour Salina (and with the help of analog digital tools, VSTs and controllers during live performances), Tozzi has developed a mastery for hypnotic rhythms like nothing you’ve heard before. His close working relationship with Swedish output Hypnus, as well as Outis and Non-Series have pushed his aquatic sound to it’s absolute limit, creating a world of poignant textures that have given his genre the gift of new horizons. Here he visits the Podcast for an epic 128 minutes that delve into his abyssal world, haunting rumbles and immersive techno, a ghostly, shimmering live-set recorded at Bassiani.
