This November, Dear Deer welcome James Trystan for a full exploration of his sound across six sizzling new cuts.

The opener Utopia is a deep and moody cut with scintillating chords layered over warm beats that sweep you off your feet. Last Bastion then ups the ante with more edgy chords and suspensory grooves that keep you in a trance and Trajectory shows off more prog melodic master as the twinkling keys light up the techno drums. Mosaic is then a propulsive track with slick rubbery kick drums driving things forward beneath vamping chords that get you on your toes and Brute is a rave tinged jam with searching laser synths shooting over the face of the track. Fall of Babylon is the closer with a moody feeling that is dark and shadowy.

This is an arresting EP of high-class progressive techno.
