Hey everyone! Really excited to release this track, been working on it for quite a bit. Growing up I used to hear Gloria Estefan albums non-stop and have always wanted to remake one of her classics. Turn The Beat Around was one I consistently kept thinking about bringing new life to, due to the very clubby nature of the track. The amazing @hadaradora crushed the vocals on this and I hope you enjoy it!

Every now & then a demo lands into our inbox and shapes the future of the label. Julian Koerndl's track 'Messiah' did just that and there's more to come from him later this year.
Julian has been honing his craft in the studio for the past year as has been a prominent name in the electronic underground scene kicks things off nicely with his original mix of 'Messiah'. The full-on festival vibes shine through, as we meander effortlessly through club inspired melodies, while the sultry chords and original vocals sit wonderfully on top adding an extra layer of depth.

Making their debut on Somatic are French duo Mozaik. After outings on such labels as Eklektisch, Sapiens & Moblack, The boys have created a rework full of tension from the word go, developing a unique style; consisting of dynamic, groovy, deep and hypnotic fusion of genres that perfectly fit in any kind of club or festival.

Up next and also making his debut is Matt Klear. Matt caught our attention earlier this year with his signature old school 2 step sounds brought forward into the 21st century. The groove and melodies are the key here, as this restrained gem works its magic while it plays away, creating a warm glow and creating an air of sophistication.

Next up for Konflict Records is a bumper collection of 10 tracks that sees the label residents joined by a wider circle of artists. This collection is based on the Konflict.Live Higher Land live stream filmed in the North of Scotland recently.

Antares kicks off with the twitchy melodic futurism of Ágata, Auric's Visão is then a rumbling techno roller with lush pads and Balzar's Soko layers up nimble drums and elastic bass into a celestial gem. Elsewhere the likes of Alessio Cristiano, Hot Oasis & Adam Husa all come through with techno elegance. 

Martin Rola brings spine tingling vocals to a superbly supple drumline, and Ollie & The Wulf and Ryan Murgatroyd lift spirits with widescreen tracks with multiple scintillating synth patterns. SIB's Addiction and STATE's Don't Hold Back closes down this vital package in style.

BRR25 MAAND - Behind The World - EP

Black Rose's Twentyfifth EP comes from Italian duo artist MAAND. In "Affekt" you can feel the distorted and electric vibe with a bouncing strong groove, in the break a melodic and atmospheric pad will drive you in a very hard lead synth before the booming drop. In "Cyberpunk" we have the same energy but the synth and general elements are more melodic and smooth in their distorted reality. In the end we have "Behind The World" a more break style track with a lot of ambience and spatial pads and leads that alternates in a perfect symbiosis together that will bring your mind in other dimensions.

We might lose ourselves in Eleonora's soothing yet fatalistic vocals on There Was No Time's 'Not Coming Back'. But maybe we can withstand for a while. Maybe. Sonia Choo - 'Keep Moving On' leads us further and further down the path - to oblivion. Particles are shaken by the enormous 'Solar' eruption caused by Alex Breitling. Suddenly, it gets quiet for a while. Nothing matters anymore, apart from this particular moment as Rafa Silva's 'Quid Pro Quo' hails in the dark. We enter Jakob Reiters 'Strato'. It is hypnotic up here. But we are woken up yet again, only to be catapulted even further by Melum's 'Space For Me'. New dimensions open up.  Will we get lost? Probably, we will. In the best way possible, though.'

Straight out of Italy, we have an euphoric, melodic and vocal stomper delivered by Opposite Ways. 

Follow The Stars opens with a slow groover that brings a spaced out lead building slowly towards a crescendo. 

For title track Do Yourself, Opposite Ways teamed up with vocalist John M delivering a vocal techno endeavor filled with raunchy stabs and grooving percussion. While Opposite Ways deliver the synths, John M lays down the vocal in a perfect call and response teamwork. 

Erly Tephsi brings the heat with his remix pushing the tempo and groove in faster territories. Filled to the brim with craftsmanship synth design, we are very happy with this newest edition to our catalog. Enjoy!
