Welcome to the 75th transmission of the Stellar Series.

Today, let's welcome Respira, the alias of Danish artist, producer, sound designer and DJ Markus Trige Frandsen.
Respira creates sonic realms of free form and fluidity, exploring texture, depth, emotion and color of sound. Through the means of both electronic and acoustically generated sound, Respira aims towards union and coherence between nature and technology.

Respira’s creative output is a constantly evolving process, which has been shaped through a vast amount of collaborative projects over the years in the field of music and sound design for various media and activities. This includes music and sound for yoga, guided meditations, audiovisual installations, VR, poetry, performance art, animation film, podcasts etc.

Respira is also co-founder of the label, event production and cultural community Nature Tales in Copenhagen.

EMC presents the new chapter of the Atmospheres playlist! Welcome to Eafhm!

Eafhm is the multidisciplinary project by Jorge Echaniz that reflects the evolution of different artistic and exploratory stages. As an interpreter and audio producer, Jorge experiments with a wide variety of musical sequences,seeking the integration of oscillating interpersonal ideas among the variety of solid conceptions. Each interpretation is made to create an atmosphere based on sound art, generative art and Techno in its different variations. Eafhm is also the founder of the record label Secuencias Temporales featuring releases by many renowned artists such as @avsluta, @primalcodemusic, @aionlazura, @saphileaum, etc. Pianos, vocals, ambient recordings, laments, laughter down tempo and breaks combined with deep robust atmospheres and textures. This is what Eafhm put together in this mix: an organic hodgepodge of genres with a slight immersive cinematic touch.

''Cenk's attention to music started by hearing his brother playing The Art Of Noise - Moments In Love, in the year 1985. When breakdancing got popular in town they both started collecting electro-funk records accordingly. This goes until 1988 where he heard a new dance craze called New Beat and Acid house, came out from Belgium and the UK. These two turning points fixated his path in dance music. In 1992, luckily he found out tape recordings of the very first Techno Trax compilation series of ZYX Music and aware of this new euphoric dance beats called Techno. His favourite label back then Force Inc Music led him to be aware and enjoy each and every dance music styles. Having a large collection of music in all forms, he has invited to local radio programs to share those unique sounds with other curious minds until the internet era came to our lives. Since 2000, shares his selections from his archive via his web account. Even though never interested in becoming a DJ, he time to time invited to play local venues''
