Spanning more than a decade of composition, this collection features both new works and reimagined, re-mastered selections from my earlier catalog. Now presented in high-resolution 24-bit audio, each piece has been carefully preserved and enhanced to reflect its original emotional weight with greater clarity and depth.

From the mournful ambience of Harrowing Emptiness to the delicate piano-led reflection of Jake's Theme, and the poignant stillness of Weeping Angels and Candles, each track serves as a sonic elegy—an outlet for grief, healing, and remembrance.

This album is not merely music. It is a refuge for the wounded. A balm for those navigating loss. And a quiet reminder that there is beauty even in brokenness.

DARK AMBIENT - KATARARRA

Ben Preisinger is an alter ego of Benjamin Perényi who has grown up in a family of musicians where the culture of instrumental classical music has passed through generations.
According to his father's intention, Benjamin started his piano studies quite early. He graduated as a pianist but besides his piano studies he started studying sound engineering and producing electronic music. As the years passed he has got deeply influenced by the northern and italian techno scene. In the past years he has released an EP and single tracks as well at Pablo Bolivar’s Seven Villas and Seven Villas Voyage label. Ben is also a vinyl enthusiast, music collector and a nature lover who is focusing on the melancholic and hypnotic as well as nature sounds in his works.

Here is an imagined journey though the layers of nature and inner emotions. The location is Iceland, Holtsbryggja, Önundarfirði. Tracks are from Biosphere, Luigi Tozzi, Acronym, Sebastian Mullaert (Wa Wu We), Vanessa Amara, Skymn, Asfa, Periskop, Neel, Pan American, BLNDR, Aquiver, Antendex and field recordings from Iceland.

ambionic is a music project by Joe Woodruff from Oxford, UK. Encompassing genres such as Ambient, Techno and Dub, the focus of the audio is always geared towards deep, hypnotic, atmospheric, emotive and cinematic soundscapes. 

About the mix:

"The faint seismic signal, detected by the lander's Seismic Experiment for Interior Structure (SEIS) instrument, was recorded on April 6th 2019, the lander's 128th Martian day, or sol. This is the first recorded trembling that appears to have come from inside the planet, as opposed to being caused by forces above the surface, such as wind."

Welcome to the 52th episode of the Stellar Series. As now we are fighting against overheating, here's a poetic preview of the cold winds to come in the few months. 

Scannt, hailing from Prague, is a day-dreamer captivated by the realm of sound. Marek has been active in the scene since 2009 and went through a few different genres before finally settling down somewhere between dub techno and ambient - doing his best to find a new path here and there when composing, avoiding the standard structures. In 2019 he released his first vinyl titled “Planets” on Come In Records (@cir000), you can also find his previous EPs and singles on labels such as @d-m-t-records, @harmony-rec or @xionlabel / @anskrmelec. 
He took the picture at the Great Wall, two years ago.

New show by Giraffe Tapes is kicking in on Mutant Radio! In the first episode the guest is Hidekazu Imashige, aka Gallery Six, an artist and composer who is based in Miyoshi Hiroshima, Japan. His new album called "The Waves Wiped Memory Away" was released on "Giraffe Tapes" label. Gallery Six has been making sound sketches, mixing drone sounds mainly created from synthesizer and materials field-recorded when he goes wherever his heart leads.

This is the 75th Ambient Sessions presented by Deep Electronics. The monthly released session brings you the best and the most diversity Ambient music can offer. 

The last month of this unrealistic and strange year sees the set by Demetrio Cecchitelli. He debuts on the session with a more melancholic sound to review 2020 but slowly builds up into a more new positive perspective. A perfect session to end this year.

I would like to thank all artists that have contributed the Ambient Sessions in 2020. See you again in 2021.

Demetrio Cecchitelli is a  22-year-old research and musician from Italy, working with electroacoustic, electronics and ambient music aestethics.
