Today, Atmøsphäre immerses us in his deep universe. He is a Belgian ambient soundscape producer, who's aim is to create a deep meditative or alter world experience through music. He has released through labels like Faint, Shimmering Moods Records, Neotantra, Secret Domain, Tehnofonica Records and others. Together with the artist Bålsam, he started the label Atlantea Records, focussing on deep and natural ambient music.

Join me on an eclectic, vibe-heavy daytime trip into Sunset with some big tunes from this summer. 

Some of these were hard to find and span the best of the lesser-known Afro-House and Melodic throwback edits I’ve uncovered over the last month.  

More Background:

Every year in late July, 200+ friends from around the world converge in a Valley in Vermont for PYNK.

There are two primary venues for music across the four-day weekend: The Creek and the Cabin. 

The Creek is a grassy venue that sits just atop a beautifully shady, rock-strewn brook.  

It's not every day you can play an amazingly well-tuned d&b sound system to dancers frolicking in and out of the water as sunbeams shine through the trees.

I hope you enjoy this set, which was one of my highlights of Summer 2024 so far!

Adelia is a DJ originally from Prague and currently based in Spain. She has her unique vision for techno music. Hypnotic and otherworldly soundscapes with the power to transport listeners beyond the confines of our universe, to other dimensions.

Adelia is known for her precision and selectivity when it comes to choosing tracks for her mixes. She can spend hours searching for the perfect tracks, always striving to deliver a deep, hypnotic techno sound that transports the listener to another galaxy.

During the years Adelia having played in various locations across the Czech Republic, as well as in other European countries such as Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, and of course Barcelona city. Adelia’s innovative approach to techno has earned her a dedicated following, and she has been invited to many podcast series, such as Oslated, Bahn Barcelona, and Radio Ozora, among many others.

I got to play a daytime set at a lovely intimate gathering called Cosmic Waves, hosted by Frequency Surfers on a wild beach in Bulgaria. This was my attempt to migrate from a lovely morning ambient set by Jill Sans @bianca-sima and raise the energy levels into the next set by @glov13 while contending with some serious winds. Tracks were chosen on the fly, there's a mistake or two in there, but I hope you enjoy it!

Welcome to a brand new chapter of Deep Electronics. The serie brings you a diversity into the abyss of deep electronic music. Today is the release of a new mixtape. This time Brandon Barker from Los Angeles, California brings you a diversity in ambient music. Beatless, slowbeat and rhytmical electronics in atmospheric soundscapes are all combined in this set. So enjoy!

About:
Brandon Barker, is a techno producer/DJ from Los Angeles, California. Normally he's producing and mixing four on the floor techno and it is his  main focus as an artist. However, recently he's been very inspired to go away from the four on the floor pattern and explore the other areas of ambient and instrumental techno music. He had the idea for this mix after witnessing a solar eclipse in the city where he lives. This event inspired him to create a soundtrack for navigating space and time and his feeling that he has done perfectly in creating this mix. To capture this special moment.

In his own words he also descibes: " I am so honored to be working with Deep Electronics because my favorite ambient producer and DJ, Mint4000 has released for Deep electronics. MARRØN, my biggest inspiration for producing and mixing four on the floor style techno, has also released a mix for Deep Electronics. Be on the lookout for me in the future! "
