subspiele: first of all, congrats to this powerful collaboration between both of you. how did it come to this connection? 
doyeq: Thanks! We know each other since childhood. And we realized that we both love music very much. So we tried to do something together and here we are) 

subspiele: why did you call the track or the release „soundsphere” ? 
doyeq: We think that this album is the sphere of sound. All these tracks has similar sound, and the same spirit. It's like one sphere of the music.

subspiele: you released a lot of tracks (incredible tracks) in the last days. wow much time do you spent in the studio ? 
doyeq: We try to spend all free time in the studio. Or if you can't get to the studio, you can also do something at home, and then work with it on the studio. For us, music is an opportunity to express own emotions, so it depends on the mood. 

subspiele: more specifically, how did you produce these tracks ? which synths and which daw were used ? 
doyeq: For these tracks we used Moog Voyager, Virus ti2, TC Electronic M3000, TC Electronic Finalizer 96k, Motu Ultralite and Ableton Live. But we are trying to use different synths, soundcards and effects. Also we don't use VSTi at all. 

subspiele: what is your perspective for you path forward? 
doyeq: We just wanna achieve the best quality and the best content and we want to progress on it as it's possible. Actually It's the way to bring our emotions throughout our music We are very glad that the people like what we do, and all feedbacks is very important for us. It's great when listener can experience the same emotions like we do. We always try to make this point.

Bio:
Deepbass was introduced to the scene in 2009 his music is best described as deep, dark, atmospherical techno.

Born in Glasgow, Scotland. His passion for electronic music started from a young age where he would spend his weekends in record stores searching for music, he discovered artists like Speedy J and Jeff Mills who really opened his eyes to the world of techno.

He started producing music in 2008 and from there his sound evolved, always minimalistic, elements of ambient, hypnotic rhythms and deep rolling bassline's.

In 2010 he launched his label Informa Records as a platform to express himself and to explore further into his brand of deep techno.

The label is going strong has now had to opportunity to work with artists such as Modern Heads, Cio D'Or, Mark Broom, Edit Select Echologist, Ness, Hironori Takahashi, nAX_Acid and many more high quality artists.

Deepbass has had a string of releases on some great labels such as Dynamic Reflection, Aconito Records and Shapeless Records.

He has a number of live shows and Informa showcases under his belt which have taken him to Tresor - Berlin, Studio 80 - Amsterdam, Moog - Barcelona, Plunk - Moscow and a number of other clubs in city's across Europe.

Just to remind you: Błażej Malinowski is one of the most recognizable figures of the new wave of Polish techno. Bio:

Emanuele Pertoldi was born in a small village in the North East of Italy. After
releasing music with his own name and founding different projects like Evasion
Room Records (with RIccardo D'Agostini), in 2013 he started a new alias, Shaded
Explorer, with the aim to represent himself in a more intimate way.
The description of the project says: "Shaded Explorer lives in a place where the
music is hidden behind a dense fog and dreams are suffocated by an unpromising
reality. This stimulates him to continue his research of magical places around the
world, being them ethereal landscapes, deep cenotes or blue seas. In those places
he discovered and created new sounds, melodies and rhythms that melted
together create soundscapes for escape."
The first release is an album on Eclipsemusic that was also played live by him (just
with hardware) at Club To Club in Turin, one of the most representative festivals in
Italy. Following this concept in 2014 he founded his own intimate imprint Shaded
Explorations, released the second album on Silent Season and an ep on Kabalion
(Hypnus parent label).
With his projects, he played at Tresor (DE), Le Batofar (FR), The Frag (ITA), Fiese
Remise (DE), Griessmuehle (DE), Tribal (UK), Sala X (SPA), BHo! (ITA), and other
parties, clubs and festivals like Club 2 Club, iClaut, Homepage etc.

About Binary Thoughts:

The name Binary Thoughts may speak for itself, but there is a much deeper meaning embedded within.

The ancestral way of thinking has always been 'binary'. In order to understand reality in all its complexity we made a world of oppositions (day/night, man/woman). Where the law of "all or nothing rules, there is no in-between. But reality is indeed always more complex and richer than what our 'perception' of the world suggests.

This perception beyond this ìall or nothingî connected Ana Bogatinovska and Jovana Gjorgievska. At first strangers to each other, they met at a music festival in their native country; And after a long discussion about electronic music, they've decided to make a project that will connect their slightly different but similar taste in electronic music.

Their dark, unpredictable, underground techno and electronic sounds, evident in their DJ sets, reflects the uniqueness of their one of a kind 'binary' sound, able to take you from darkest corners to the deepest and most colorful nebuale of the universe.

Currently they are exploring the vast horizons of techno music and improving their performance skills, with an aim to create their own unique blend of creativity to start producing music on their own.

I was so nervous before I started playing, but once I began and seeing all the beautiful people swaying to the sounds in front of the booth, I felt nothing but love. The warm feeling you all gave me determined the trackselection so that's probably why there were a bunch of 70's vibe tracks in it.
Afterwards when I was (completely exhausted) sitting on the couch outside, a bunch of people came to me with such sweet compliments and one guy in particular told me that i played a bunch of tracks which made him want to come up on stage and hug me

@Ness is a dj and producer born and raised in Sardinia, acknowledged for his style over a decade of music with a background in sound engineering and many years of research and fine-tuning. He gradually developed a distinct technique with a strong focus on atmosphere combined with hypnotic rhythms. Having performed in some of the most relevant clubs and festivals around the globe, he steadily releases music and collaborates with several renowned techno labels within the scene. With experience as label manager through the years with partnership on Mono Records and The Gods Planet, he later established his spin off project label Ness Reworks in 2018. Ness music and dj set are well accepted and defined as an exploration of wide range of deep hypnotic techno and ambient soundscapes.

It’s time for the 33rd upload already. This podcast is recorded by another DJ/producer from Sweden, but that should be no surprise. Efraim Kent is not a producer that releases many records. We got introduced to his music through a couple of tracks he released with Dorisburg on Tikita. The Moroccan label might be one of the most refreshing upcoming labels if you ask us. As a DJ and artist, Berlin-based Hayden Payne, known predominantly by his Phase Fatale alias, has developed into one of the leading names taking EBM and post punk-informed industrial techno into raw and exciting territory the last five years. With his father involved in the music scene in the ’80s, his fascination with new wave and industrial bands stems way back, with him gravitating to more dance floor sounds as he was introduced to the Wierd parties on the Lower East Side of New York as a teen. This week sees him newly signed on by the Ostgut Booking agency, in a move that seemed all but confirmed with Payne’s now regular residencies at Berghain and the release of his debut outing on Ostgut with ‘Reverse Fall’ last year. Payne’s monolithic and immolating sound have always upheld well against the backdrop of Berghain, but he’s quick to stress that his work fits beyond just one side of the club, with his influences in synth wave, new beat, electro, and italo lending themselves to Laboratory and Snax too. 

We caught up with Payne to discuss his label BITE, telling us how him and his partner Florian had started the label with aims of operating beyond the borders of common preconceptions in techno. In the space of a year they’ve released debuts from Vulkaniski and REKA, a record from Teste, who celebrated their first record in 25 years, and a long-time-coming collaborative record between Payne and close friend Silent Servant. Falling by sheer coincidence on Truancy Volume 242, this serendipitous addition to our series has Payne digging through a lot of his current favourites, creating a sonic whirlpool of selections that pulls in electro, industrial, EBM and techno in a genre blurring manner. At an hour and forty minutes there's a substantial amount of music to get stuck into.

James Clements is the mind behind the production alias, ASC. Growing up in different areas of England, on a steady diet of Motown, Techno & the blossoming UK Hardcore scene, his productions manage to encompass such a wide range of these influences. Starting out DJ’ing with a bunch of like- minded friends on pirate radio stations while still in school, ASC soon found himself getting interested in how the tracks he was playing were made. This led to an investment in a modest studio setup, which proved to be a defining point in James’ life.

Luigi Tozzi (Hypnus Records, Outis Music / Italy)

Luigi Tozzi는 지난 몇 년간 엠비언트부터 클럽의 댄스뮤직까지 어우르는 자신만의 확고한 테크노 스타일을 만들어내며 디제이로써 자신의 이름을 천천히 그리고 확실하게 만들어나갔다. 이탈리아 로마에서 태어난 Tozzi는 몇 세대를 거치며 만들어진 이탈리아 특유의 사운드로부터 큰 영향을 받았으며, 이는 Tozzi 특유의 소용돌이 치는듯한 깊고 감정적인 사운드로 발전되었다. 그의 작품들에는 이러한 자신만의 색채가 뚜렷하게 묻어나고 있다.
Tozzi는 현대 딥테크노 씬의 핵심적인 레이블 Hypnus Records(스웨덴)를 통해 여러 장의 EP 앨범과 그의 대표적 작품이라 할 수 있는 앨범 “Deep Blue: Volume 2”(2016)를 발표하였다. 또한, 이탈리아의 저명한 프로듀서인 Dino Sabatini가 이끄는 Outis Music을 통해서는 솔로 작품들뿐만 아니라 Dino Sabatini와의 협업 작품들도 발표하였다.
자신만의 사운드에 대한 확고한 의지와 함께 깊이 고민하며 발전시킨 Tozzi의 음악적 정체성은 현재의 아티스트 Luigi Tozzi가 있게끔 만들었으며, 유럽 최고의 클럽 중 하나로 손꼽히는 Khidi (Tbilisi)에서의 레지던트 디제이 활동을 포함하여 그를 전 세계 최고의 클럽들에서 공연하게끔 이끌었다. 이러한 활동들을 통해 Tozzi는 디제이와 프로듀서로서 독창적인 자신만의 사운드를 표현하고 있으며, 또한 예술가로서의 실험을 지속하며 끊임없이 진화해 나가고 있다.

Over the last few years Luigi Tozzi has been calmly making a name for himself as one of Europe’s go-to DJs for his distinct brand of techno that draws both from ambient music as well as from the club. Raised in Rome, the DJ and Producer takes influence from the timeless italian sound, which he’s further developed with an emotional, swirling, dubby atmosphere. There’s an unmistakable texture to his productions.
While prolific, Tozzi has kept his output within a close family of labels. Swedish label Hypnus are key here, having released a number of the producer’s EPs as well as his acclaimed debut album, Deep Blue: Volume 2, in 2016. Alongside Hypnus, Tozzi has worked closely with Outis Music, releasing both solo as well as collaborative work with the label’s founder, Dino Sabatini.
Tozzi’s unswerving commitment to his sound, alongside his pensive and considered development as an artist has brought him to where he is today, with a touring schedule that’s taken him to some of the finest clubbing establishments around the world. Within this, he maintains a residency at Khidi, Tbilisi, which in recent years has emerged as one of the best clubbing destinations in Europe. It’s through this platform that he brings his unique hybrid sound as both a DJ and producer, and can evolve and experiment as an artist.
