@lina-grace-deforca A native New Yorker, Lina Grace is a lifelong lover of the electronic music scene, playing localshows and participating in music projects around New York City.
Her unique sound is a combination of deep house grooves and hard hitting techno, highlightedby melodic rhythms and punchy bass lines. She pulls inspiration from the iconic New York club scene and European Techno World.
Recently, she founded the Brooklyn-based techno society, Deep Mind Techno, which features electronic music news, album releases and upcoming events.

Her desire to only listen to music that touches her deeply has led her to buy turntables and her own records to record her own sets. After a short time, she already played  at clubs like Hafen 2, Soho and Nachleben in Frankfurt am Main.

Time to put another label in the picture this week.

He's no new guy to the scene, at the age of 19 he went to the infamous ClubRisk parties getting educated and learning what house and techno music is all about.

His productions vary from ambient to techno dipped in a 303 sauce.
He doesn't like to be bound to a single style or specific genre, but rather take the old school holistic approach that everything that sounded somewhat electronic was regared as house music.

He's heavily inspired by artists like Josh Wink, Underworld, Orbital, Speedy J., Masters at work, Dubfire, Ritchie Hawtin and Laurent Garnier.

As to the question 'what does your genre means to you, he had the following answer';
"Techno means a lot of different things for everyone, for me it means the sounds that give the ability to get lost in a flow with little subtle changes in the music."

As for our podcast he provided a very colourful and interesting journey though his melodical vision and melancholical emotions, topped of with some heavy grooves and dazzling 303 soundscapes.

Move Me is a deeply personal journey through emotional abandonment, independence, and the kind of love that doesn’t falter.

This track was born in the aftermath of a relationship that ended without closure not with a storm, but with silence. It speaks to the confusion of being left without explanation, the ache of giving without being met, and the strength it takes to not let that pain define you.

Despite the loss, "Move Me" doesn’t beg for attention it stands on its own. It’s about holding your own weight emotionally, not because you want to, but because you’ve had to. At its heart, this track is a tribute to unshakable love the kind felt only from a mother, where giving isn’t a transaction and love isn't a weapon.
