About the location:
Wilhelmstein is an artificial island in lake Steinhuder Meer with an area of 12,500 square meters, located in the Hanover Region, Northern Germany.
The island was created in the 18th century as a fortification by Count William of Schaumburg-Lippe, ruler of this small German state. Since then the island hosts the Festung Wilhelmstein, the Wilhelmstein Fortress.

‘Fejká’ is not just a word, but a concept - a melodic blend between soft, dreamy atmospheres and the punchy vibe of techno. Wavering between those two worlds like a lone wanderer, he developed his own unique way to find a perfect balance between both. 

Originally from the Black Forest in Germany, he began producing his first tracks at 17. Influences such as Kiasmos, HVOB and Christian Löffler contributed significantly to his development and shaped his atmospheric, and yet punchy style, until he received a personal invite from none other than Christian Löffler himself to join his label, Ki Records. Having finished his studies in audiovisual media in 2019 in Stuttgart, he released his first studio album, ‘Reunion’, which only increased the excitement and quickly established him as a full-time artist in the scene. 

After touring numerous European countries before the pandemic, Fejká returned in the fall of 2022 with his highly anticipated second album "Hiraeth", followed by a sold-out EU tour and performances in cities such as Tokyo and Singapore.

After the release of his remix album "Hiraeth" Remixed, whose tracks like "Shades of You (Tor Remix) landed at #1 spot on the biggest chill playlist on Apple Music, Fejká turned to collaborations with artists like Christian Löffler or Jan Blomqvist. At the end of 2023, following the success of "Hiraeth" he embarked on his biggest European tour to date with over 25 shows in 2 months.

This is my DJ set from the Langstrecke event at Kater Blau. What can I say? It was just fantastic. Bounce, bounce, BOUNCE!!!! 
From start to finish. This time definitely with more crispy bounce moments , hypnotic acid lines and some cinematic, melodic parts to keep your dream still alive. But either way with high energy and a lot of groove. Music that represents in my way the Acid Bogen Sound. 

Thanks for all the smiling faces and the dancing ecstasy on the floor. Also for the hugs and lovely words during my gig. ♥️ 🤗

Brian Zajak, alias Fejká, began his musical career at the age of 17. Torn between the dreamy, soft atmosphere of ambient music and the hard, punchy vibe of techno, Fejká couldn't decide which direction his music production should take. “Day/night, dream/dance, slow/fast - music was always split into two worlds for me” he says. So he decided to experiment with both.

With his sunrise set at this year's Fusion, he took our hearts by storm and we are happy to present his unique style on our channel.

Alica Kreusch, better known as Lotte LAUT (BSTHP Kollektiv), moved to Berlin, the capital, in 2018, bringing with her a deep passion for techno and electronic music from Frankfurt am Main. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her desire grew not just to consume music but to express herself through it. After acquiring her own decks, she began performing at the first raves in the forests around Berlin. When the clubs finally reopened, Lotte quickly made a name for herself in the scene by early 2022. Since then, she has been a regular fixture at Berlin clubs like Birgit und Bier, Sisyphos, Ritter Butzke, and many more.

Her sound, which she describes as a direct reflection of her emotions, blends hard drops with melodic elements, creating an electrifying atmosphere on the dance floor. So lace up your dancing shoes and grab your favorite buddy—it's definitely going to get loud!

Space and time both play a role in pølaroit’s music. A felt connection to Jonas and Marius’ hometowns in Northern Germany, their geography, as well as a sense of pertaining to a specific instant in time, a generation, are both expressed in the duo’s strain of melodic deep house, “We see our music as a snapshot of time and music,” they say. The chosen name for the duo, pølaroit, is a reference to this idea of capturing a moment and it tributes both their northern roots (Polar) as well as the birthplace of techno (Detroit). Jonas and Marius, both in their mid-twenties, grew up near Hanover - yet it was only in 2018 that they crossed paths for the first time. Prior to that, Jonas had been developing his own work as a pianist, influenced by neo-classical artists such as Nils Frahm (@nils_frahm) and Olafur Arnalds (@olafur-arnalds) as well as scoring pieces for film and advertisement. Marius on the other hand, who had been playing the drums since a young boy, started his musical path at sixteen deeply influenced by his interest in percussion and the urban electronic music scene of the time. When both met at a Christmas market in Hanover, after one too many cups of glühwein, they set a studio date just for fun. From that first day it became immediately clear to both that Jonas’ melancholic piano melodies weaved themselves seamlessly to Marius buoyant beats, and that there was more than just “fun” happening in the alchemy of their sounds, “after a few hours only, the first draft of our track Firøye was born and we recognized that we worked pretty well together,” says pølaroit. 

pølaroit’s debut EP, ‘expedition into’ (out via Stil vor Talent @stilvortalent) defined the duo’s moody sound somewhere in between melancholic downtempo and uplifting melodies, and captivated audiences around Germany. Their current EP, Pure, released via Christian Löffler’s Ki Records (@ki-records), continues to draw on the dichotomy of these two emotions but this time around there’s a bigger sense of presence and liveliness. Through the use of field recordings and vocals, pølaroit wants to rescue the human and organic element of creativity in their music, “Sometimes it's just a recording of rumbling leaves or organic textures that make the sound more tangible.”
