Today, we’re back in the UK for an early morning story from a duo whose storytelling capabilities have seen them travel far and wide, and today they’ve spoilt us with a gorgeous two and a half hour tale; sit down with us alongside @deathonthebalcony

Travel with us to Blackpool on the Flyde Coast, in Northern England, where neon-lit amusements, bustling funfairs and golden, sandy beaches are everywhere to see. 

As we walk, you can hear the constant beeps and chimes of the slot machines, where wins and losses are part of everyday life. If you try your luck on The Golden Mile, which side of the coin will you sit on?

Playing Music To A Wall #2

Hello friends! Here is the recording of my very first set at Stereo Montréal

A place that truly feels like (((home))) 

A room that means so much to many of us and that sparks wonders for those who haven't been yet. A space where we can be free, all together. A spaceship that uses vibrations to bend space and time. A temple where music becomes alive.

It was an honour to have the chance to play in this room for 11 hours to the most amazing group of humans. It's been a dream of mine for so many years to have the chance to play there and it's one of most meaningful moments I ever lived. Stars were aligned, the collective energy was truly beautiful and I am happy to be able to share with you the soundtrack of that night. 

Thanks to all the @stereonightclub team for the incredible work to co-create such a sacred space for music. 

A special thanks to Luc for the cosmic visuals during the night.

And thanks to all of you family and friends who joined the journey.

Powel has been a part of the Bespoke Musik family since nearly the beginning, when we invited him to NY for his first gig outside of Germany back in 2014. Over the years, he has consistently been one of the most sought-after Producers in deep house / electronica with releases on a multitude of labels including All Day I Dream, Anjunadeep, Do Not Sit on the Furniture, and our very own Bespoke Musik. He is also an artist whom we consider to be one of the finest DJs in the world.

An expert at creating harmonious illusions of sound, Germany’s Powel always finds a way to thread together natural elegance and tasteful patience in music.

Having learned the piano at a young age and subsequently performed regularly with bands and even an orchestra, Powel’s palette of music has a vast and thorough foundation that is influenced by the people and places he comes across during his visits. The sound artist’s unique touch as a musician is heard in how he captures warm, celestial vibes filled with airy atmospheres together with delicate rhythms and tells a melancholic story fused with ghostly, low-slung cuts that are rich with nuance and subtlety.

Powel steadily explores this duality in sounds not only throughout his discography but in his performances around the world which include his annual performance on the Robot Heart bus at Burning Man and residencies with the All Day I Dream family around renowned guru Lee Burridge as well as Behrouz’ intimate home in Miami, Do Not Sit On The Furniture, and one of the finest institutions in New York City, Bespoke Musik.

El título de mi canción "Mirada al Cielo" representa a Heru (Horus) en la antigua Kemet; simboliza la visión, la elevación y la búsqueda constante de reinos superiores. Así como la mirada de Heru estaba fija en el cielo, esta canción transmite esa misma energía: elevarse, buscar la claridad y canalizar la perspectiva divina.

Para mí, "Mirada al Cielo" no es solo un título; es un reflejo tanto del espíritu ancestral de Kemet como del viaje del sonido que eleva al oyente.

The title of my track Skyward Gaze represents Heru (Horus) in ancient Kemet; symbolizing vision, elevation, and the constant striving towards higher realms. Just as Heru’s gaze was fixed on the skies, this track carries that same energy: rising above, seeking clarity, and channeling divine perspective.

For me, Skyward Gaze isn’t just a title, it’s a reflection of both the ancient spirit of Kemet and the journey of sound that lifts the listener upwards.
