In this meditation the Arcturians create three Protective Blue Healing Spheres. These are again sealed with Golden-White light from the Christ Grid. These seals are designed for you, the adult self as well as your inner child and inner adolescent selves. 

Each sphere begins to clear negative alien interference, such as implants, tagging devices and other interfering devices. When this is done the Arcturians send healing light codes into the cells and DNA to assist in your awakening and healing. This is followed by Metatron sending light codes from the Christ Grid to assist in your ascension.
