GRIEF SONG - feat. WREN PEOPLE
This song came through me as I lit a candle at my altar praying for a song to hold our communities in our deepest grief - from pre-covid unmetabolized sorrow to the compacted grief we have been holding in isolation over the past year. 
I can feel my Jewish ancestors on my tongue in these sounds and melody. I sent this song to one of my Jewish mentors asking him about what came through me and to tell me more cause it felt very Jewish. This is what he told me: “Ahlay! This song is a “nigun” (in Hebrew) translated as a “wordless melody.” They are very common in Ashkenazi tradition (which is my lineage) although there are wordless melodies from Jewish traditions all around the world. These songs come from a time in Jewish history when a lot of the people were lacking institutional knowledge and didn’t know the prayers and didn’t speak Hebrew because the institutions had been destroyed in the Cossack uprisings in the 17th century. It was at this time in Poland (where my ancestors are from) when a mystic healer came forward, Baal Shem Tov (the master of the good name) - and taught that the melody of the heart is more potent and more appreciated by spirit than any formal prayers or specific blessings that someone could learn in an institution.” I sat with my mouth wide open in awe for entire moments at everything he had just told me. 
SIDENOTE: In the Nigerian religion Yoruba, Oya is the orisha of winds, lightning, violent storms, death and rebirth - when I listen to this recording I can hear her name. 
And what is grief if not all of the above? Just whoa.

Grief Song

In this transmission we call The Merlin. Merlin has lived many lifetimes. A few on this planet and many elsewhere. He is connected to the Great White Brotherhood on Sirius. 

Merlin invokes a large circular crystal mirror. Perhaps 8 feet across. Merlin invites you to look into this mirror. Light language appears arounds the edge of the mirror. The first vision being offered is that of a lifetime on the earth-plane (or a parallel dimension of the earth-plane) where you developed a skill, talent or gift that is useful in this lifetime. Perhaps an artistic or healing or magical skill. 

Then, once this is complete, Merlin bids you look into the mirror once again. This time revealed in the mirror is a lifetime in another dimension or planetary system where you trained in a skill, talent or gift that is useful for this current time of ascension. 

Finally, when both lifetimes have been revealed, Merlin places his hands on your shoulders and begins to transmit a message to you.

The light beings from Varna wish to connect with you a little more deeply as you open in this way, inviting you to imagine, visualize, feel yourself radiating love.

Key Teaching: When we are surrounded by love, it can become very obvious that the judgements that keep us down are simply habits of thinking that can drop away to reveal the beauty of who we truly are.

Heavenly Sleep Part 1 (Late Night Flow)

Clearing your home or workplace of any lower frequency, negative, stale energies will transform your space and your experience of living within that space. This will usually result in a greater sense of well-being and clarity. 

This transmission is designed to clear the land, structure and the spaces within the structure of all low frequency energies thus enabling a new fresh energy to enter therein. Before doing this clearing transmission there are three things that need to be done in preparation. The first is mandatory and the other two are optional (although advisable).

1.	Sit in meditation and ask your innermost Spirit for permission to do the work. If you share the building with other residents ask their Higher Selves for permission. If there is a landlord that owns the property then also ask their Higher Self for permission. If you are sharing with a partner ask their Higher Self for permission. If you feel any resistance from any other party then do an Ultra-Violet Transmission to clear any energies between you that need clearing. Then again ask for permission. If there is still resistance and you do not get permission from other parties then only clear your personal living or working space not the entire building or any shared space. 

2.	Physically clean your space and clear all clutter, since low frequency energy can attach to items within the space. 

3.	Then smudge your space with a cleansing incense such as white sage. Do this room by room ensuring that all doors and windows are closed for several minutes. When this is done open the window so that all old stagnant energies are sent out of the property and not further in.
