En un momento donde mi mundo exterior era un verdadero caos, pude canalizar toda esa energía en esta pieza seria y pistera. Para mí, este tema es un viaje profundo, una tormenta interna que se desata en el sonido y te envuelve por completo, buscando una inmersión total que te atraviese y te lleve por distintas emociones. Espero que lo disfruten tanto como yo al hacerlo.

Este lanzamiento incluye además un increíble remix de un gran artista, Joaquín Salmain, que aporta una visión fresca y potente a "Storm". Espero que disfruten ambos tracks tanto como yo al hacerlos.

With great excitement, I'm thrilled to present "Storm," my new track coming out on Mango Alley! I created everything for this track from the storm itself. During a time when my external world was absolute chaos, I managed to channel all that energy into this serious yet driving club track. For me, this piece is a deep journey, an internal storm that unleashes itself in sound and completely envelops you, designed for total immersion that cuts through you and carries you through different emotions. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it.

This release also features an incredible remix by talented artist, Joaquín Salmain, bringing a fresh and powerful vision to "Storm." I hope you enjoy both tracks as much as I enjoyed making them.

David from Venus is David Garcet’s second project as a solo DJ and producer. Created out of a desire to reach into more alternative and emotive music than the sounds he explores through his first self-titled alias which leans towards classic club music. ‘The Secret’ interprets his unique musical style perfectly, his penchant for storytelling through a strong beat and dominant voice really comes across here. Combining his love of Electronica with Argentinian music producer Baridi Baridi’s powerful and enchanting voice keeps listeners entranced throughout the track. A slow but empowering musical voyage that moves gracefully and hides depths of emotion just waiting to be delved into.

 Included on the EP is a ‘Late Night Mix’ of the original track, also produced by David From Venus. This version features a bolder rhythmic intensity with amplified synth sounds for a more future-forward feel. David From Venus is inspired by a broad spectrum of genres, his fans know to always expect the unexpected from him and this track justifies that. From a classic Electronica track to transforming it into a gripping Trip Hop record, David From Venus lays out his changeability and creativity on this EP.

However, during lockdown in Los Angeles, I was able focus and make some of my best productions to date. LA's AJ Mora has countless releases and remixes to his name, having worked with the likes of Donna Summer, Robbie Rivera, Richard Vission, Armand Van Helden, Roger Sanchez, Scott Blackwell and many others in the world of dance music. His success began in 1992 with a #1 on Billboard’s 100 Hot Dance Music chart with Techno trio, The Movement, on their club smash ‘Jump!’. Through the 90’s AJ co-founded and ran the indie label Aquaboogie Records, he has released 2 albums to date - ‘Transformed’ and ‘Soul Of A DJ’ on N*Soul Records, and in more recent times has been releasing on Deeplife, MK837, House Tribe and Sphere Records. His recent release 'The Quarantine Project’ on Deeplife reached 9 on Beatport's Minimal / Deep Tech top 100.

Also owning his own publishing company, Sketch Music Group, AJ’s work has featured on HBO’s The Sopranos, Disney, ESPN and various TV programmes. As a DJ AJ has played some of Hollywood’s top venues including, Exchange L.A., Avalon, Ecco (now Couture) Playhouse, Tru and House of Blues as well as sharing his music around the globe from Europe to Asia and South & Central America.
