Always one of our favourite destinations, this beautiful country is no stranger to producing highly talented artists, and its never hard to find a DJ that can turn a party into a carnival! Luciano Scheffer is a DJ and producer, born in Brazil whose style varies effortlessly between Progressive House and Techno. His DJ sets, always filled with hypnotic sounds and deep atmosphere have become a mainstay in the wider Brazilian Club Scene. Luciano’s star was born by playing at several parties & clubs like Cercle Brazil where he warmed up for Artbat in 2019, D.Edge, After Derrete 2018(Carnaval), Dedge Festival (2018), Elleven (SP), and River Club (Montenegro/RS). Playing at these clubs earned Luciano the chance to play and share the decks with the best in the business, like Nick Warren, Artbat and Alex Niggeman, to name a few! 

In a relatively short space of time, Luciano  graduated from DJing, and took his experiences behind the decks into producing. He has already released tracks on labels like Onedotsixtwo, Visceral, Balkan Connection, Or Two Strangers, Balkan Connection South America, Clubsonica Records, Wizarding Wolf, Strangers Beats, Transensations Records, Stellar Fountain, Electronic Tree, Suffused Music, BC2, Massive Harmony Records, Just Movement, PHW Elements, Droid9, Nube Music Records, Zephyr Music, Consapevole Recordings, 3xA Music, Sever Records, & Varona.

For this one we are glad to introduce an Electronic Music Producer & DJ from India. 
His sound can be described as a symbiosis of the deeper realms of techno,
laced with futuristic soundscapes and psychedelic characteristics.

With releases on Techgnosis & Qilla Records, Vishalʼs productions exhibit his
melodic & minimal techno influences blended with a new found inspiration for
deep and hypnotic techno.

Vishal is also the newly appointed Label Manager + A&R for Indiaʼs Qilla
Records, and also works closely with Swedish Psychedelic Deep Techno label,
Hypnus Records, both of which have played a critical role in his sonic journey.
Apart from this, he also takes electronic music production classes, [O3 Studio,
Goa & Pluginmusic, Netherlands] finding it immensely rewarding to help
beginners get started on their music making journey.

This time the guys from Synchro (KataHaifisch) from Hannover were guests at the turntables.

The mutual history of Leo and Linus has connected them for a long time now. After years of very good friendship they started their musical journey in the end of 2017. Inspired by many artists like Township Rebellion and Vamos Art, they began to create their own dj sets and started living out their great passion for electronic music, especially for Techno. From time to time the dj duo got better and better in creating energetic techno sets and decided to publish their results. With a great positive response they became motivated to push their creative progress further, created more and more sets and started playing their first gigs in front of an audience. After some time, more gigs and further sets the dj duo became part of the local music collective KataHaifisch. The loveley people from KataHaifisch gave Synchro the opportunity to present their creations to a bigger audience and gain some size. That's the way Synchro came to point where they're standing now. Their dj sets range from Melodic Techno and Techno to Deep House and Progressive House. Mostly very energetic and progressive but sometimes also dreamy and thoughtful. There is much to await from the passionate german dj duo, so be exited for further creations.

🗯🗯 How Did Corona change your artist life? 🗯🗯

Partly, probably similar to most artist. Instead of playing gigs, I play live streams  and
sometimes small (mostly open air ) events with Corona restrictions, which all feels pretty
strange. On the bright sight, the pressure is off and you got more time for other things.
I used the opportunity to take a little break from social media, be more in the studio and
to found a start up.

🗯🗯 Where did you record the mix and how did you feel? 🗯🗯

At home. Recording podcasts is actually the only thing that feels exactly the same as
before.

🗯🗯 What are your wishes for the time after Corona? 🗯🗯

Foremost, I hope the electronic scene will get through all this well. And of course I
hope, even though it doesn’t seem very likely, festivals and club events will be able to
take place without any major restrictions.
