Deep City are Rob Henry and Tony Messenger. 
Their new album 'Love Evolution' is now out...
Rob (keyboards and programming),  was one half of Children of the Bong and then in Euphonic. 
Tony (vocals and guitars), has played in various bands like No Quarter and the Unlimited Dream Company while also working with artists like JTQ, Soul II Soul  and producer Trevor Horn.
Tony has 3 different vocal personalities and appears variously as TM, The Rev and 4Q sometimes in the same track! This unique approach to vocals drives the eclectic mix of music on 'Love Evolution', which is engineered and produced by the pair and is hard to explain to the uninitiated! Although you could try: 
Beck doing Daft Punk covers, remixed by the Freemasons. 
Or:  Prince jamming with the Police produced by Groove Armada.
