Having made quite the impact as part of the phenomenal duo Purple Velvet, Lee Dearn is now making his debut on Omena as Native Transmissions. 

Fans of the previous productions will recognize his great ability to write catchy and memorable melodies and the great care and attention to detail in the tracks. 

The title track is a true end of the night soul soothing track, while the original version is a perfect dance floor tune the edit is a beat-down house chugger where things drops things down to an even slower motion groove. You Were Ruled By The Track is a guaranteed weapon in any DJ's set, a straight up house track and proves why everyone should keep your eyes and Native Transmissions. Kamai Music is thrilled to announce a three-track gem of an EP from Savvas, entitled Depth Over Distance. Available on September 20th, this release showcases Savvas’ exceptional talent, drawing from his decades of experience and passion for flawless performance and production.

Chicago-born and based in Greece, Savvas has been a pivotal figure in the electronic music world since the early ’90s. For nearly three decades, he has cemented his reputation with a string of successful releases and remixes on respected global imprints. Displaying remarkable versatility, Savvas has evolved his sound while continuously pushing boundaries. His enduring relevance in the ever-evolving music landscape has led to a wealth of collaborations with some of the world’s most respected producers and underground labels.

His inaugural release on Kamai, Depth Over Distance, is a testament to Savvas’ signature blend of emotive melodies, intricate rhythms, and deep, atmospheric layers. In addition to two original tracks, the EP includes one of our favorite collaborations to date. Berlin-based duo Felix E and Michael Ritter provide a powerful remix, adding their own unique touch to Savvas’ work.
