This past year has provided much-needed space to quietly cultivate. I realized I couldn’t hear my own voice anymore, so I created with my head down until it resonated clearer than ever before. What I found in the silence wasn’t anything new, but rather a deeper connection back to what has always been. UK don ENiGMA Dubz is back on DDD with Machine Learning - a concept EP that could redefine dubstep and bass music. 

AI is dominating the news agenda and changing our day-to-day existence with every passing moment. We constantly hear use cases of AI imitating humans, but what about a human re-imagining AI? 

With Machine Learning, ENiGMA Dubz is the human within the machine - engineering and creating dubstep music as if he was an AI entity becoming more intelligent with every passing week until sentience is realised, yet every element of the composition is man made. 

Across the four tracks from ‘Week 1’ to ‘Week 4’, and enticing atmospheric interludes, the audio experience becomes more complex, with recurring themes, sounds and melodic passages being interwoven within the AI’s consciousness - all underpinned by customary ENiGMA Dubz bass pressure and production prowess at 140 bpm.

After ripping through our guts with the savage Sea Wolf on Decade Vol. 2, Drumterror is back on DDD with a tune so dirty, ‘utter filth’ would be underselling it.  

One of the hottest talents coming out of the UK 140 underground, with Like Death he goes in grimmer than the grim reaper covered in grime, his scythe laced with the hottest of hot sauces. 

The grungiest of bass riffs sits below a scuzzy beat as the tension intensifies as death creeps up on you, so painstakingly slowly.
